Ben was amazing. I came in due to my car battery dying. My car battery had a lot of corrosion. Ben was very kind and patient. He spent a lot of time replacing my battery. Fantastic Service!

Katie at Batteries Plus was such a great help! I called in with some questions about a car battery that she took the time to answer. We then came to the store and chatted some more. She was patient and informative and even carried the battery to the car for us. I highly recommend asking for her.

Bought a nice battery 2 yrs ago that had a 4yr warranty. Went in 1.5yrs later bc I was having problems with my car starting. Store told me the battery was fine. The dealership replaced the alternator, starter. Still having issues. Back to the store- battery is “still good.” 6 months into this issue. Ended up buying a new battery at the dealership and haven’t had a problem since. Own your products and their defects. Wont use again. Giving two stars because the original person I worked with when I bought it was very nice.
