So we love the people that work at the bank but as for the bank itself, the client's best interest is not priority. We currently use three banks and bbva has proven to be worst of the three. First, I'll start by saying I've had nothing but issues with mobile/online banking since day one. Julia did help me fix it and now I'm having the same issue a yr later. Next, I'll discuss the how every chance the bank gets to get money from you, they will. If you get a cashier's checks as a MEMBER your charged $10 v.s some other banks give them free for members even with a complimentary envelope to use with the check. If deposit a check of a certain amount they hold it 5 business days v.s other banks who hold them 3 business days. If you accidentally overdraft they charge you $75 per day on top of the overdrafted amount after 3 days overdrafted v.s $35 and $25 per day after an allotted 14 days to correct the issue of the overdraft with other banks. So based on these findings after banking with BBVA for about a yr give or take we have decided to close our business with them and continue with our other two banks. This is our decision based on our experience with multiple banks. We encourage our viewers to do their own research when finding a good quality bank. Thank You for year of service! Again we love the staff just not the bank quality.

Worst experience ever.. i opened an account on the 26th of March and still haven't received my card. I was told by a banker if i I didn't get it by Friday they would expedite me one and wave the 50.00 fee. Well No card still and the manager of the main street branch told me No he will not do tha . I either got to wait to see if it comes Monday or he can cancel thhe card and order a new which will take another 7-10 days. These people can't be foreal can't be

Slowest bank ever. Waited in line for over 25 minutes since drive thru service is a lower priority than going inside. Even when going inside, they dont have enough tellers to handle more than 2 people. Then it takes 20 minutes for them to deal with more than 2 people.

This is a FOREIGN bank screwing the American people. Especially retired senior citizen. Don't trust these people with your business you will be sorry. They will even leave you homeless waiting to hear back from management. They do not care stay away please. This bank should be removed from American soil.

I've had a good time with Compass. Every time I've overdrafted they've excused it, they waive monthly fees for me because I'm a student, and the service has always been fast and helpful.

The bank location isn't horrible but the bank service itself is the worst.been a customer for nearly 10 months and it has been pure aggrevation.takes days for deposits to clear,can not transfer funds to other institutions,debits take days to clear as well.this is like banking in prehistoric times.completely dissatisfied.
