I've banked with PNC for over 15 years and thankfully I haven't had to many issues. However, today really made me want to rethink about having my personal and business PNC accounts. The ATM was down so I had to go inside. One lady was at the counter and only 1 lady was in front of me. When I arrived. Yet, I waited over 30 mins. They had only one teller, one lady banker was in the back, another gentleman banker was with someone for what looked like an interview. After 15 mins the teller took the lady she clearly knew in front of me since she was taking quite sometime with the one lady at the counter. She made her deposit and left. After almost another 15 more minutes of waiting as she completed yet another transaction for the same lady that was originally at the counter when I came in. I politely asked her is there someone that can help because I am about to miss an important appointment and I have to make this deposit. She told me people called in and she was doing her best, which I understood. However, she went to do 2 more transactions for the same lady. I dont get after 30 mins she couldnt take my deposit how she was multi tasking the drive in. Especially, knowing I am about to miss an important appointment for my child. At some point, you have to be reasonable and considerate of your clients. Yet, she proceeded to take her time and go through with more transactions for the same lady. Finally, the gentleman banker finished his meeting and came to help me. However, the carelessness of the woman teller really made me no longer want to bank here. I felt like she made me wait an extended period of time on purpose. Just like she took the drive thru and the lady in front of me while still helping this same lady at the counter. She could of helped me considering I patiently waited over 30 mins. I just couldnt no longer wait or I was missing an important appointment for my son. Overall, not a good experience. I am very understanding but the teller had absolutely no compassion towards the time I had to wait with only 1 person in front of me. She could have easily done my deposit in a shorter amount of time like she did everyone else.

This is legitimately the worst experience I've ever had with any bank. (They inherited me from BBVA, who inherited me from Compass)I'm still waiting on a phone call or email that I was promised about being charges MULTIPLE fees for an account I never agreed to or asked for (or even seen the terms for, for that matter).Their website & online experience is unhelpful. When you go in you have to waste text messages (a total of 9) to "schedule" an appointment - YES EVEN WHEN IT IS EMPTYI do not just NOT recommend this location, I also do NOT recommend PNCrooks as a whole.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have spent over 2+ hours speaking to 5 different people trying to get my online login information to work. NOONE can resolve this. I am beyond frustrated. They are horrible! I wish Compass Bank could come back!!!!!

This is probably the worst branch of BBVA in Gainesville. Representative was unhelpful and made it her apathy to my banking situation known. I have been a loyal customer with BBVA since 2012 and I really don't appreciate being treated like my business isn't valued. I'm not one of those customers who's financially irresponsible, bouncing checks and racking up overdraft fees. I keep my account in excellent standing. All I wanted was a simple answer to my question about why my debit card was not working and why they noted it as stolen when I never reported it as such. Apparently some glitch in system reported my card stolen after I disabled it briefly when I thought I misplaced it. It made no sense to me that they did this. To make matters worse, she actually stated that I needed a new card needed to be ordered and would be charged a replacement fee. Seriously? My card is sitting in my wallet safe and available for use. Why do I need to cancel and pay for a new one? If you believed my card to be stolen, why didn't you just cancel it already and send me a new one free? Ridiculous. I then wanted to ask her about mobile deposits and she told me she couldn't answer any questions regarding it since she doesn't work with that side of things. Really? You're a branch teller, how do you not know how to simply look at my account and see if a mobile deposit was successfully posted? Long story short, I called the SW 34 St branch and not only was that representative professional and helpful, she actually resolved my issues in a matter of minutes. Don't waste your time at the Oaks BBVA compass, go to SW 34th St.

Convenient location with plenty of drive through. I've only made deposits at the drive up but the drive through tellers are very friendly.
