It's a trailer park owned by a corporation. Rents not bad but the fees will kill you.

So happy to be here! love Westgate and Kelly Roberts the property manager went above and beyond to help me get in my home. I probably bothered her with so many questions and she was always so sweet and never made me feel like I was a bother ! That was important to me ! Great place to live.
