I've stayed here a few times because it is close to where I work. It is also conveniently located off I-75 and near gas stations and restaurants. It's tucked away in back by the Harley Davidson business so it isn't on the main street of 39th. I also like that it isn't near all the college hotels. The hotel itself is very pretty, well decorated. The rooms are a nice size with a bedroom separated from a small sitting room. The bed, pillows, and linens are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size. My only complaint on the bathroom is the "rain" shower head. It is high up on the wall and it decreases the water pressure. This is important for those of us with long hair that need to wash out shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise the bathroom is nice. There is plenty of room for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The attached restaurant is a fun place to hang out and grab a burger or wings. I like this hotel a lot and will return in the future.

Selected this location for close proximity to the various springs which was very convenient. Hotel staff was wonderfu. Shout out to Howard who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.

looks Nice but definitely could use a good cleaning upon further inspection shower had hair over and lobby smelled like sewage ....icing on cake is I specifically booked this hotel to use the hot tub and of course it is out of order but they don't advertise that at all and you don't know that until you get here ....no refunds what a waste do not recommend except breakfast was decent.

My husband and I affectionately call this "the omelette hotel." They have a fantastic complimentary breakfast which includes an omelette station. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we've had anywhere. The pool area is beautiful and every employee we've met there has been super friendly and helpful. The rooms are acceptable. The bathroom is one of those where the vanity is separate from the tub and toilet. This makes taking a shower a little difficult because you have no where to put your clothes/glasses, etc. And even when using the toilet, it's hard to move as the door closes into the tight space. Finally, there is no room for a bathmat on the floor when opening and closing the door. We like the hotel amenities, but I think it's time for a bathroom remodel.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in years. Completely unacceptable for the price tbh. Everything was dirty, the floor wasn’t vacuumed there was literally stuff smeared on the walls, everything just needed to be wiped down (not that hard). Toilet paper in the bathroom was literally a half empty roll when we showed up. Like just replace it! That’s unhygienic! And there was literally a cell phone in the pull out couch bed when we opened it left by someone who previously stayed in the room. Obviously no one was pulling out the couch to clean it or they wouldn’t seen that!

Our room was so dirty, the dust, dirt, furniture scuffs were too many to be a new problem. Oily head marks on head board… just so dirty.

I came into the room wanting to lay down in my bed. I noticed that there was a tear in my sheet and also dirt on it. I went down to the customer service desk and told them about the situation they said that they will handle it. I came back to my room after a run which was pretty long by the way. I look at my sheet but, it looks like they just turned it around to make it look like they changed it. I went back down to the customer service desk they told me nobody is here to change my sheets and that I would have to change them myself and they’ll be right up with them. Got handed my sheets but they were still so dirty. My question is are you guys washing your sheets frequently as you should? If not that is terrible business for people visiting Florida. Not happy at all.

I'll admit I'm a little snooty when it comes to hotels. I was traveling with two small dogs and greeted by two SUPER KIND ladies at reception. The staff I encountered everywhere were just great. The lobby and the grounds were nice (especially for dogs)! I would have given this hotel a 5 but the room needed a little TLC. I do believe that staff made up for it. Also, I ordered pizza delivery and they came straight to my door. (Five Star Pizza recommended by front desk also.) The location was great for me because I was going to U of F Dermatology right across I-75. 2 minute drive. Take care of your staff BW. They made up for needed room renovations :)

They matched my price on Expedia on my first night and continued to match that price. It's really really nice and the people are so sweet there and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody ! The lady Elizabeth she has her eyebrow pierced is the sweetest. I lost the last bit of my money I had for gas and milk for my son and she gave me the last of her money she had to be nice. It was so sweet and kind! Please check this place out if you are close to it it's amazing!

Had a great experience staying here. The best part of the visit was Keke! Her customer service is amazing. She was so helpful, friendly and nice. It was busy when we were checking in and she still had a smile and great attitude. Can’t praise her enough. She made our night. You guys need to give her a raise and appreciate her so much. She is the first and last person a customer sees and speaks with, she will make your long journey feel like it was all worth it with her friendly attitude and smile. Thank you Keke!!!Noteworthy details: Hotel is great. I can tell it was a beautiful place when first opened. It can use some remodeling and upgrades.

Checking in with KeKe and Liz was a real treat. They made me feel welcome, gave me a bottled water, and are simply there for us.Rooms: A wide variety of bed options on the 1st floor which is nice.Safety: The hotel is very well lit.Food & drinks: The restaurant is really great addition. They have room service but great just going there.

Pillow were kind of smalll just my opinion, never get rid of the person that makes the omelette for breakfast gives the hotel a nice touch , and the omelettes are made in front of you , and tip them ??Walkability: I did not have to enjoy the amenities but they look good

The hotel is beautiful from the outside. However during my Stay two weekends ago I stayed A saturday and sunday night. The staff is very friendly. However I did run into a few issues.Which I brought to. The hotel's manager Andrea, who personally gave me a call to apologize for the issues that where not her fault . Getting a call from mang.doesn't really happen these days. Due to the lack of customer service industry, however, she did take the time out of her busy schedule to go over a few problems during my stay. Andrea explained that they are under going a renovation and the issues I had would no longer be an issue. I appreciate the call it shows they care and want to fix what is wrong instead of overlook problems as most places do these day. I have my microbiology degree, the renovation should fix the issue and I would like to possibly stay there again.

Great location right of I75 with beautiful sprawling grounds, dog-friendly walking park and ample FREE breakfast. Clean, quiet, very big rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly, helpful front desk staff. Not sure why any negative reviews. There's a mini fridge, microwave, sitting area, smart tv, free wifi, hot showers, and evwn a sports bar and grill open until 10p. For the price, this is a safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient budget-friendly option just minutes off the highway.Safety: Well lit!
