“I ordered a bike thru Super Cool Bikes today. It’s been about 10 years since I’ve been on a bike. I was SUPER happy with the customer service. I was able to test ride a few bikes. As a female, I was thrilled that another female assisted me through the whole process. She was knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and answered all of my questions!! Women athletes tend to get less services, product availability, wrong/bad sizes due the the male oriented world, so having another female in this process was amazing.
