Billy stepped in and assessed my son’s issue with his jeep and was very honest on what he could do and what needed to be addressed at the local dealership.
If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! Bless you much Billy and thank you and your entire team for taking care of our son who is a student athlete at the University of Florida!

I wish I could give more than five stars. About a month ago, I needed to replace my tires. On the day the service was scheduled, I had an unexpected meeting. I talked to Billy, and he towed my car from where I live. In the afternoon, I texted him asking if I could pay over the phone so I would not wait when I pick up my car, and he replied, « I delivered it back to your parking spot and put the keys in the same spot.» I could not believe it. As a mom of a 10-month-old toddler, this was a great help and relief. The traffic was terrible that day because of students moving in, and I worried I would not get to the daycare on time. I felt understood, cared for, and loved. On top of all that, he did not charge me for the towing.
If, like me, you are a busy parent and have anxiety about going to your local car dealership because you do not trust them, I strongly recommend Billy’s Auto Repair and Towing. He is reliable and professional. You will get the best service that will save you money.

Cops had called for Billy’s tow truck to tow my car. Billy let me off the hook and didn’t charge me for the service. The tow truck driver Nick was also pretty chill. I didn’t have to pay a dime for getting my car towed.

I had driven to Alabama (9 hours) to pick up my dog from my ex. I had two hours left of an 18 hour drive. Recently moved to Florida from Kentucky so I had no support family support here in Florida had broken down. A quick google search and many phone calls placed for assistance, I was recommended Billy from another local company. I was stuck on the side of the road ready to have a panic attack with two kids and a dog in the car. Billy showed up and helped me figure out the problem quickly. We made it home safely thanks to Billy’s quick response time and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend this kind and knowledgeable person to anyone needing roadside service and I will save his contact info just in case. Thank you so much for helping me and my kids get home safe <3 forever grateful for you!!

Amazing experience. Another auto place told me I needed to replace breaks. My wife started hearing noises with brakes so I took it in to Billy expecting we needed to pay up. Billy looked at it and told me brakes still had a lot of life but the noises were actually the suspension. It would be an expensive fix too but that it wasn't a safety issue as of now, just a noise issue. The car is at 200k so he said there would be more and more issues so was recommending looking at trying to replace the van for the long term. So appreciate his honesty. And he didn't even charge anything! I'll be back here whenever we have issues from now on.

Robbie was awesome! He managed to back my jet ski into a spot while still connected to my dead Tesla. And then shoe horned my car into charging spot. The rates were very reasonable.

Radiator fan failure left me stranded in a town I haven't lived in since the 80s. Billy's towed in my car (flatbed), diagnosed and did the repairs at a better than fair price.
Much respect for these folks.

In town from Georgia for a softball tourney. Had truck issues. Called Billy’s at 145pm on Friday. They came and picked up truck, diagnosed issue, found part, made repair and had the truck done by 5pm!! Crazy amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Billy’s to anyone! Thanks again Billy you saved the day!!!

Thank you Billy! Billy went above and beyond fixing my 06 Mustang after an unfortunate encounter with another shop left it un-driveable. Billy got my car fixed in less than a day and was very transparent with the repairs, he made sure he communicated everything to me. 5+ stars. Will be returning for if I need future work!

Billy and his crew replaced the clutch, clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, and rear main seal on my son's 2001 Chevy S10 six months ago, during his freshman year in college. I'm just getting a chance to write a review to thank Billy for his superb craftsmanship and for getting our son quickly back on the road and able to attend school and life while living off campus. The car is running perfectly six months later, without any hiccups. Thanks for taking such good care of our son and his repair needs!

Great and honest service! I took my car here for an unknown issue and Billy's was able to quickly diagnose my vehicle with a failing transmission. Although it was not worth fixing on my ancient car, Billy's was honest and upfront with me and did not charge a diagnostic fee. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an honest mechanic service - will be taking my future service here!

They fixed our old toyota sienna which was sold to us by someone else with a rusted bottom, which made the fixing of the exhaust and right wheel boot very difficult, and it’s running like new again. We are so relieved. It’s just what you would expect from a place ran by its owners. They are honest and try to help you as much as possible. It’s the second Japanese car we bring here and will not take them anywhere else. I paid for their services but I feel like I owe them more. Thanks Billy’s!
