The Manager two weeks ago, after been customers for seven years, treated my husband very rude, she yelled at him, very unprofessional, He was in shock... Her statement was because he doesn't signed in a list, but since two years they don't have receptionist even water, or coffee!! Armando is our tax advisor very acknowledgement person, he has more than 30 years experience but unfortunately it's going to be our last year and we paid more than $300, if the MANAGER can't respect customers, be kind and controlled her temper, she's working in the wrong place... Good luck!!! My friends are filling taxes with independent taxes prepared because of this lady attitude.
