I spoke with him on Thursday and he quoted me a price that was $125 higher than others, but I thought that because he is a small business I would keep local money local and give him a chance. He stated that he would order the glass and told me to bring it in on Monday morning at 9am. I showed up on time and the gate was locked. When I called him he stated that he wouldn't be in for an hour and a half. I guess my business isn't that important to him, so I will be giving my money to a more reputable company. My advice to you is to do the same.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jim at Bon-Will Custom Glass, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Jim expertly installed a windshield for our 23-year-old Toyota Corolla, and he took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company, making the process seamless. Unlike another company that wanted us to have the glass custom made from a distant vendor at a hefty price, Jim quickly reached out to one of his suppliers and secured a replacement for us. His service was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly courteous. I highly recommend Bon-Will Custom Glass, especially for anyone with an older vehicle where finding parts can be challenging. Thank you, Jim, for taking such great care of our car!

Paid for a new windshield. Discolored and fogginess around bottom edge caused me to take it to another glass company and verified they installed a used glass. I don't recommend this place.

Bon-Will did an awesome job on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma front windshield replacement about 6 months ago. Pricing was competitive with other folks; these guys did quick, quality work. Communication and payment was easy, just brought my truck in and they took care of me. They also let me watch and ask questions and learn which was great too.

Went to them a few months back, and they were absolutely fantastic. I have imported Japanese car, so the glass was a bit awkward, but they nailed it. Super quick appointment, reasonable price, very genuine workers. Go here!

Our rear right truck window shattered for no reason so when we got back from vacation Bon-will glass replaced it for us and was very reasonable as well as very friendly.i recommend him.AAA
