I had service with them for 1 month and 1 day. I was charged $200, and given a phone and service that did not work at all on some days, and barely on others.
I went to thier office in person twice, with no solution.
Third time I went in to cancel only to find out I was charged for another month and no refund, or able to return the phone.
Tried to work it out with customer service, only to be shut down by someone from Bangladesh .
Boost mobile is a RIP OFF!!!!
Nobody ever did call me back...

Listen, I just came in to get a fourth line and a new phone for my mom for Christmas, and this dude named SHAY…was the bomb dot com! He was super chill, very easy to communicate with, and was incredibly helpful. I never write reviews, but I had to today. Thanks Shay for being so kind and awesome ??
