Went in for 4 new lines that I was porting from 2 other service providers. I was helped by Gwen who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient in helping get it done. I would recommend her for anyone needing assistance as she went through so many options to get done all the things we needed and never once got upset or frustrated.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend coming here. The store also smelled horrible and had no air conditioning. We waited almost 20 minutes and still nothing.

Bought a phone a month ago and have had bad service the whole time. Went back 5 times to fix the problem and nothing helped, when I asked to replace the phone they gave me a 1-800 number to call that only put me on hold for an hour. This place is a joke. Also every day they go to lunch and put up a sign that says be back in an hour, but it doesn't say when that hour will be or when it started.

It’s 6:15! I rushed over here to get my daughter a phone as this is an emergency! I spoke to a girl on the phone this afternoon who confirmed they are open until 7pm.. and their OPEN sign is lit, however the door is LOCKED!!!! I am so annoyed if you’re open until 7 why are you hiding in the back with the doors locked! 😡😡😡😡

Thai boost mobile needs to do better I’ve driven over 3 times because this is the closest to my house. The sign on the door still says out for lunch be back in an hour. The 2 times I’ve drove back after the hour still says it and still locked with the open sign. This has happened more than once they need to either have more ppl on the floor and take turns going on lunch or need to be monitored how long their lunches are because I highly doubt 3 hour lunches are a thing

Gwynn is a great super helpful employee I loved working with her she made everything easy for me n answered all my questions in my opinion she deserves a raise and a promotion it's great to see such bright young talent
