I went in to check out the ariat work boots and was immediately greeted upon entering. I was being a bit autistic and extra when making sure I was getting the right size, since I’m used to wearing bare foot boots, but Ryan was patient and happy to help. Good experience and would gladly go back for my next pair.

All the accessories sold here are not sterling silver nor real gold. They are literally just accessories you can use over your clothes and design match them. They have plenty and more choices of boots and timberland brands. In all colors and material and sizes. You can also find plenty of hats 👒 😉

Excellent service. The lady that dresses the hats is second to none. She made my 32 year old Stetson look brand new. Great selection of boots very friendly staff!!

Beautiful boots in here! It's like walking into an art gallery. The men's selection have all these different interesting leather, such as koi and ostrich. The women's tend to be more colorful such as cornflower blue suede, embroidery and rhinestones. In a world of cheap products, fast fashion and overpriced "designer" goods.... these boots are real craftsmanship. I just love to go and look at them

I was actually racially profiled today in the Gainesville Florida store today. When I walked in the store no one greeted me. I had to ask one of the young ladies in the store if there was something I can buy to put on my boots because they looked different colors. She told me that I buy Leather Conditioner and she also sold me a water/ stain repellent. I told her that I wanted to look around a little before I checked out. As me and my husband walked around the store there were two other women following us around. Okay we went to check out Katie asked me if I had anything else I told her No just the two items. She asked me if I wanted to pay for the boots that I wore into the store. I looked at her as if you must be crazy. Then she asked if I paid for them. The young lady that was standing behind her didn’t say a thing she was the first person I asked about my boots that I was wearing. No correction to let Katie know that I walked in with the boots on my feet.

Very disappointed in the lack of selection in ladies size 10 boots. All other sizes they had a large variety of styles.

I have never been to Boot Barn before a friend took me there and I was overwhelmed at the selection the prices the value it was a very good place to shop for western boots and closing also hats I will definitely be going back to Boot Barn Again and I would recommend it to anybody that's looking for a Western Wear store
