After many purchases there in my last visit , it felt impersonal and cold, what I wanted was going to take 2 weeks and just had a negative mood of the saleswoman. So we went o Govinds, all great, warm smiles and one day service.

Today I was caught in a predicament after traveling over a hour to be at a scheduled appointment on time, I arrived at Govind and sons to find out they scheduled me incorrectly and were out of town. I went next door to Brittany’s and took a chance that they would be able to resize my engagement ring that was recently passed down to me from two generations! I am very new to the area and didn’t want to have it sent out or to leave it for days not knowing anything about a company which is why I had made a appointment to begin with. The staff at Brittany’s were so kind as well as understanding. The jeweler was very busy as was the entire store for 5 minutes after the doors opened YET they not only fit me into their very busy day they had my ring resized and completely buffed and polished within 2 hours !!!! I am beyond pleased, extremely grateful, and above all I’m so impressed with the professional experience I received today! I will forever be a customer!!! Thank you all so much for helping me today and for a tremendously wonderful job and experience!

I took my daughter’s baptism cross charm in this morning with a new chain my mom purchased in Ohio. The kind folks at Brittany’s were able to get the charm on the necklace in a matter of minutes and didn’t charge me for their service! They are a lovely, local jewelry store! We will be back!

Seriously Trust this people! I dropped my engagement ring off for a resized and it was done perfectly and back on my finger in less then 24 hours! Super reasonably priced! Definitely coming back to buy his ring!

A chain on a plated sterling silver necklace of mine snapped and I called all over town trying to find somewhere to solder it back together. Everywhere was charging more for the repair than the necklace cost - more than DOUBLE what Brittany’s Fine Jewelry cost!! Plus, they all told me they would probably discolor the plated necklace.A kind gentleman greeted me right as I came in. He took a closer look at it and suggested a better solution for even less money that wouldn’t discolor my necklace!Within just a few minutes, my necklace was as good as new!!! He even waived the cost because of how inexpensive it was, and for the holidays!Incredible customer service, attentive and educated personnel, excellent repairs, and a beautiful selection of jewelry ad well. I will definitely be recommending Brittany’s Fine Jewelry!

I can't express enough how high the level of professionalism, understanding, and patience Kristina Cohen has. She was instrumental in the design of a custom set of ring guards I had made for our 20th anniversary. She took it upon herself to have the first set that was made redone in order for it to be perfect....and it is! So many thanks to you Kristina and the entire staff at Brittany's for all you all did for us. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful jeweler! Prices are great and the staff are so helpful. I took my old wedding ring in and their designer came up with a perfect design for an heirloom ring for my daughter using just my stones. Their repairs are done in house and so quickly. I could not recommend them enough!
