Was a good experience..the young lady that helped us was very polite..I miss the old build a bear stores..was not much of a selection

It’s not a store but a small kiosk in the middle of a mall. Fun but small selection. Staff was nice but I wish I knew it wasn’t the entire store

Had the best experience taking my 1 yr old there for her first birthday it was so cute and the worker was so nice
