I went there yesterday and found 3 very cute lingerie pieces. This is not my first time buying lingerie from Burlington but first time at this location. I have never had any problems before. It was later in the evening and the dressing rooms were closed. I bought all 3 lingerie pieces and brought them home. I tried them on and they were to small. (I did not try on the underwear). Today I went to return all 3 items. The tags were on, the clothes were not washed, and I had my receipt, plus I was in their return since it had only been 24hrs. The MANAGER gave me such an attitude about they don't take lingerie back and I told the MANAGER I had no issues at the other store with my returns of intimate apperall. She then proceed to tell me that it's store policy. I looked up store policy on line and my returns meet all criteria including lingerie. The MANAGER gave me such a huge fuss over my return saying that she herself doesn't buy lingerie from Burlington and now not only will I not buy lingerie from Burlington I won't buy anything from Burlington at all.

Cashier would not accept my return because I did not have a receipt
However on their website
Non-receipted returns, accompanied by a photo ID (driver’s license, state issued non-driver ID, passport, or military ID) and returns after 60 days will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
There was only one cashier and then another came. Made me wait in a long line to just refuse my return
Will not be returning

In the last couple months I've went into this store at this location two to three times and every single time I go there the store is just trashed. Multiple aisles you can't even push a buggy down much less try to shop for items.

Asked a stock associate for the restrooms she just walked away and told me to find the store manager……… very disrespectful service.

The customer service at this store is very bad. They don’t clean the restroom, organize the stuff, and they close fitting rooms two hours before they close the store. I don’t want to say about staff because if the manager of store has a attitude and extremely rude than what we can expect from the staff.

It’s really sad how this company would hire employees who weren’t trained in the retail business. The price s are attractive but the customer service could be better. I went to the archer road store the aisles were I shopped were messy. I was buying some sheets and pillows I bought a kitchen floor rug . At checkout the cashier Aaron forget to take off this anti-theft device so when I was leaving the alarm went off. They were to lazy or just incompetent or indifferent to come and take the device off . I didn’t know what was going on so I just took my merchandise and left. When I got home I realized this anti theft device had to be dislodged by a store Employee . So now I have to go back tomorrow and get this device taken off my rug. I hope they can train their employees better .
