Horrible credit union. Fees for basic transfer services exist, they often double charge my account which causes a transfer fee from my savings. My account gets locked every other week, and when I call to unlock it, I’m on hold for an hour. When someone does pick up, it’s the utterly most incompetent human I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Never let these people hold your money.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They mistakenly did not take my payment that was supposed to be on auto draft for a loan and reported it 30 days past due, now my credit score dropped 25 points. I bank with multiple financial institutions and this has not happened with any other bank. Their payment portal is the most glitchy, unprofessional system I’ve ever used to make online payments. To get someone on the phone takes 15+ minutes. After the extremely long waits, I spoke with someone on the phone multiple times to set up auto payments, but it was never done according to them. They refuse to help you or own up to mistakes. STAY FAR AWAY

Stay away from small banks. Service options are limited. Customer service is VERY poor and unhelpful. At that point you're pretty much stuck without any resolution
