Stay away from small banks. Service options are limited. Customer service is VERY poor and unhelpful. At that point you're pretty much stuck without any resolution

I've been with this bank for at least 10 years. At first, I was impressed. In more recent years, I have gotten less actual customer service, longer wait times for customer service, and delayed transactions through my accounts. When I inquire, I am told all is normal. Well, I beg to differ. I used to be able to see purchases immediately. Now, there is sometimes a 4-5 day delay. I can use the debit card on the 1st, and the transaction won't show on my account until the 5th or 6th. That's not "normal." Transactions that are the same as that example go through same day, and nearly instantly in the past. Also, I can't see pending transactions at all. The mobile app or online doesn't have that option. It's been increasingly difficult to keep track of my account due to these issues, and I am seriously considering switching banks. Please be advised and choose elsewhere until Campus figures this out. Currently, I write this while on hold. I started after 18 minutes of waiting. I am still on hold, and it's been 24 minutes, thus far. I am calling because I deposited $2500 into my checking account last Thursday, and it has yet to be available or shown on my account. Today is Tuesday. This is ABNORMAL to any bank. 3 business days is the norm, at most. Wondering where that mich money is... is unsettling. Not having access to it when I need it is just downright frustrating.EDIT: Still on hold and I only have about 5 minutes of time left. For 37 minutes, I've been on hold. It repeats to press for a call back... however, I won't be able to take calls for the next few hours. Seems silly. I'm calling now because I have time now, not later. More customer service representatives, please.

I bank with USF FCU and use this location as a local bank to run my services through. They are always very helpful and do exactly what I ask. Granted, I typically have all of my info before hand and come with no questions. Withdrawal and deposit always goes smoothly. Great staff

I have been with them since 2006 had a couple of minor problems in the beginning but I'll tell you I wouldn't change Banks at all they've been good to me, they smile they make me smile they don't look at you just as a customer there's a couple there in Gainesville that I absolutely love so yes I'd highly recommend them

Honestly the only branch that felt local and willing to help the customer.When my account almost got shut down because my business partner was not present due to inconsistency in the paperwork caused by an employee, the other branches told me I had 24 hours.However, this branch was able to make an exception and wait until the weekend was over to allow my business partner time to come back after a business trip to complete it.

I've been a member of Campus USA since 1973. I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are friendly and professional. Their very knowledgeable in their job. The building is always clean, smells good. Bathroom has always been clean. The offer a variety of services for you to look into.
