“We had new luxury plank flooring installed several years ago by another vendor. They had told us they could not install it in one of our rooms and the rooms they installed it in - within a yearvthe flooring separated and began to buckle. We went to Carpet One and Maggie was very helpful. They have so many choices and Maggie gave us time to look and select what we wanted and explained the differences of our choices. Given all that we have heard about lengthy delays to get materials we were pleasantly surprised when they were able to install our new floors just a few weeks later. We told them about our past problems and were assured that they would would take care of any issues. Carlos and his crew were professional - took time to be aware of our cats and were really quiet while ripping out the old flooring and installing the new. Our floors - including the one the old vendor said could not be done - are beautiful! They are easy go maintain and there are no cracks between the boards or separation like we had initially from the first vendor.We had one little problem with the trim and Maggie came out with one of her installers and fixed it in a few hours. We highly recommend Carpet One for your flooring needs! We are very pleased!”
