My mom went to carters and said that everyone in the store was so nice. As my mother is aging I really appreciate this, because people do not consider that the elderly have hearing and other issues which results to meanness from staff at some places.

Drove from the other end of the town with my toddler just to pick up my package which I had already ordered online. Reached at 6:59 p.m. sharp and 7.00pm is their closing time. Absolutely mad that I have to come back just to pick up a package which I've already paid for. Kept pleading with the two ladies inside but they could not even bother to come to the door to talk for a second. Pathetic. Takes forever to get the curbside pick up thing going and before you know the store will close up. Save yourself some drama and avoid curbside pickup at this location.
