Zack is not the guy to bring it to. I made the mistake of bringing my phone back to give them the opportunity to prove they are legit & I shouldn't have. A few months ago I brought my phone in for a screen replacement just to have my Face ID no longer work. I brought it in again after cracking the screen to have to bring it back because the screen was self dialing. Since they repaired this mistake my phone has shut off on its own & says the battery is not a genuine part. This place proves you can't have quality & value. It's one or the other. If you want cheap with bad repair go here; I'd you want quality then I recommend you pay more & go elsewhere.

Cell Xchange expertly fixed my Moto Z3 in less time for less money than other shops. (Some repair shops quoted me higher cost with nearly a week delay to obtain the parts.) Zach and Abby were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, patient, and capable. I'm glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I won't be needing them again anytime soon - lol). I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

They where amazing and made sure I didn't leave the place unhappy. They took a lil longer on getting my phone fixed but gave me a free screen protector and then when I broke my phone again I went back and bought a case and got a free screen protected with it as well and it has lasted me almost a year now.

Eating at Metro Diner tonight and son dropped his phone. We all heard the screen crack when it hit the ground. I told him I thought there is a phone repair shop right down the sidewalk. He walked down and found the Cell Xchange. This was just 20 minutes before closing time, but they welcomed him in and told him to give them 15 minutes and they'd have his screen replaced. It was almost unbelievable. Cell Xchange is our new favorite place! Half the repair cost of the place we had been using for years, and the repair was done in minutes, not a whole day! Wish we had found the Cell Xchange sooner!
