I had a great experience at Chain Reaction! The staff are knowledgeable and provided thorough service on my bikes and stroller. They communicated well about what needed to be done and offered fair prices. I appreciate their honesty and the quality of the work. My bikes are in excellent shape now and they knocked them out quickly before we left on vacation. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable bike service.

Recently bought a used bike from this place after searching all over town. This was the only place that had used bikes that weren't priced like used bikes. I went to a competitor where they tried to sell me essentially the same bike for the same price but without tires or a chain. Chain reaction treated me very well with a quick tune up of the bike and great customer service. Plus the shop dog Angus is hard to beat!

Chain Reaction replaced my rims and serviced my rear derailleur.
last month they replaced a spoke on my rear rim just to have another break a few days later. do not buy a Walmart bike, go see Raleigh and his crew and buy a bike that you are not going to have issues with or let them service your current ride. Excellent service. fair prices and good people. 100% recommended.

I would like to share this with the E-Bike community I have dealt with numerous other E-Bike Shops and on line stores and thank goodness for Chain Reaction Bike Shop The owner and staff all took time with me explained everything I needed to know before I bought my bike a Velotric Nomad I couldn’t be happier with the bike and my experience This definitely is the best bike shop in town and I am glad to write this review because I am so happy I sent my mother and she bought a Velotric Fold 1 today and she feels the same way. I struggled with buying an E-bike online after weeks of confusing research…, I went to Chain Reaction…They showed me bikes and let me ride them. I bought my first E-bike! After 250 miles of riding I ran over a nail and had a flat tire. I showed up and they immediately fixed the tire and installed some accessories I had been thinking about…Owner is a total Pro! Within an hour or so I was on the road….IF bought online… I never would get that type of service! If you’re looking for a reasonable E-bike… Go see this company!

I would never bring my bike here. Terrible customer service by the owner and they don’t explain prices. When I picked my bike up I was still not able to ride it. Never again!
