Today I went in to solve a dispute with my chase credit card, and they walked me through the process gave me the proper information and it was amazing really good customer service especially the lady who greeted me at the door told me where to go and eric (i believe his name) helped me solve all of my issues.

Extremely Frustrating Experience at Chase Bank
I attempted to cash a check written to me from my wife’s account—which is fully funded and active—at a Chase branch. The check was over $2,500, and to my surprise, the bank refused to cash it, citing a “policy” that they don’t cash checks over that amount, even for account holders.
What’s more frustrating is that while the staff were polite, they could not produce any written version of this so-called policy. So essentially, we can’t access our own money because of an undocumented internal limit. It’s hard to believe a major bank can operate like this—with arbitrary rules that they won’t even show you in writing.
Highly disappointed. This kind of customer service and lack of transparency is unacceptable from a financial institution.

As a corporate institution, there's plenty I dislike about Chase. But when it comes to my experiences at this particular branche, I have only experienced positivity. Polite staff who take their time for you.

I went there twice to upload some documents for my card application and none of them worked. I just don't get it how could they fail on such an easy thing.

This is a great bank. The employees are very nice and helpful. It is the most convenient location from campus, it is not a far walk from most places. They have 3 ATMs, one is located outside and two are inside. The ATMs inside are accessible even when the bank is closed.
