I recently had an unpleasant experience with Ms. Clarisa Ruiz at this Chase branch. Unfortunately, her attitude came across as unhelpful and dismissive when my husband, my son, and I asked for assistance around 1:30 p.m. She told us she could not help because we didn’t have an appointment, even though the branch did not appear busy. She also made an inappropriate comment regarding our documents, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
I truly value Chase for its professionalism and customer service, but this experience did not reflect those standards. I hope the management team addresses this situation and provides additional customer service and sensitivity training to ensure that all clients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

The people here are wonderful when you go inside, but I often use the ATM early in the morning and 75% of the time it’s broken I wish they would maybe do something about it. I understand things happen but not over half the time. but don’t get me wrong every time I walk in I get politeness and efficiency everyone there are all wonderful and speedy !! They make it a very personable experience, which is something I am very much fond of I think them every day for being there for us and just because you hear laughing and cutting up doesn’t mean they’re not doing their work !!! to me that makes it more personable like hey they’re real people Going to work every day in real jobs trying to make it fun love this branch just don’t like the ATM💜

I had made appt for today at 10am. We arrived early, and waited. Clarissa came out and asked for some one that had appt st 10 am, I said we do have appt 10 am appt, I said we do and took another person. She never acknowledge me at all when I said I do. Never said someone would be right with you. I have been in Banking over 28 years and im retired now. Had 30 years customer service. Not sure how chase gets awarded for good customer service. Because they have none by not acknowledging their customers in lobby waiting. This is very bad customer service. I would not put a bad review unless it wad the truth!

I’m not sure if this is the same branch everyone else is reviewing. Clarisa and Stephanie have both been terrific since I moved to the area. The rest of the staff as well. Sometimes things take more than a minute. It’s banking after all, not a stop at Circle K.

I’m a long time customer of chase and I like the bank in general. This branch surprised me to learned that they don’t have a public bathroom but yet you wait to see someone for a line time but not use a bathroom ?

THE WORST customer service. They kept me waiting for over an hour when I just needed to make a simple deposit. The workers were cleaning and doing anything else but helping the lone customer in their branch. Take your business elsewhere.
