I’m a long time customer of chase and I like the bank in general. This branch surprised me to learned that they don’t have a public bathroom but yet you wait to see someone for a line time but not use a bathroom ?

THE WORST customer service. They kept me waiting for over an hour when I just needed to make a simple deposit. The workers were cleaning and doing anything else but helping the lone customer in their branch. Take your business elsewhere.

I visited this location on Saturday 03/11/23 around 11:30am. I needed to get a few things done including opening a 529 college saving plan for my son.I informed the teller of this and she tells me “your son needs to be present to open this account.” I said “he is 2 months old.” She replies to me by showing on her computer that I cannot open an account for my son because he does not meet the age requirement. Confused at this point, I tell her that “I would like to open a 529 college savings plan and his age should not matter for this.”She still seemed confused and tells me to go look online or my mobile app on how to do this. I ask her if I could see an advisor that can help me with opening this account and she tells me “no, because I am not putting over $25,000.”Extremely confused and dejected after a few attempts (there was some language barrier) I left and made an appointment with a Merrill Lynch advisor rather than dealing with incompetence.

Terrible service, worst bank ever. They did not care about my questions, pushed me aside and just considered me as someone who signed up and once I did they could care less. The manager there was terrible and I will never bank with chase again they were super disrespectful and pushy. The worst service ever!

Had the worst experience at this location. Management is extremely rude and completely dismissed my concerns. They were pushy didn't even let me read the contracts just told me to sign. When I complained about this instead of the manager apologizing for them making the mistake. She told me I was lying about my experience. Do not make an account with this chase I've never been so disrespected by a manager in my life.

Had the best experience with Jesse. We’ve noticed that weekends without appointments at any bank tends to be a hot mess so we were pleasantly surprised when we called at 12 and were offered an appointment at 1 to create a joint bank account. Jesse was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
