I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the banking team at Chase Bank, Gainesville FL. Mr. Robert Ruiz Colon and Mr. Cameron Curtis, both bankers I worked with demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and expertise. They took the time to understand my needs, answer all my questions, and provide guidance with patience and genuine care. Most importantly, they use their professionalism to retain a former customer.
Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency and expertism with such a personal touch, and they truly exemplify what excellent customer service should be.
Thank you both and you’ve earned my trust and continued business. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated banking professionals.

The people here are very nice, but I do have a concerns with all the pride flags in this branch. This is supposed to be a place of business not a place of self expression , or a place that you will make people uncomfortable, we all have different beliefs, but that’s not mean that we get to shove it in peoples faces, how would you feel if I had buddha statues everywhere, the same way with school how would you feel if I have Quran information and flags the moment you enter the school I’m pretty sure it will make you uncomfortable so please keep it professional.

Every time I go to use the atm it’s either down or malfunctions. Theres rarely ever a successful transaction and the doors to the bank won’t open with my chase card after hours for some odd reason. Waste of time going here 😂

I had a problem with a wire going through when I purchased a car last year, did it again and had the same problem however Rossmery was able to help me quickly and got the problem solved without me having to come back a second time. Best experience I've had at any Chase branch.

Wasted 10 minutes trying to deposit cash through the drive-up ATM. No signage that it doesn’t work. Had to run inside just to get someone to spit my money back out. Why is there no help button on these dumb machines anyway? Instead i have to leave my car unattended at the ATM and my card inside it while I go inside and wait for the long line to get help.
Not the first time it’s happened apparently either because a couple said the same thing just happened to them too. Shut the ATM down if it doesn’t work!

From the moment we got in, we were greeted very friendly by Wanda. She said good morning to us in such a warm and kind way and checked us in. Our banker was William, who was also very kind and knowledgeable and informed us of the notary services chase provides. We were out promptly and got all of our services done. We were very thankful for having this chase close to us.

Atm never works. I'm always having to go to a store to get cash back and spend money on something I don't necessarily need. But I'd rather spend money on something and have it than just spend it on ATM fees somewhere else. I'm starting to wonder if That's Chase whole scheme they have going on. Oh we have our ATM down so you got to go use another ATM and we're going to charge you additional fees on top of it.

The receptionist was racist. Even though I was first in the row I was not called by the receptionist just because I am brown. In a bank like Chase it’s totally unacceptable.

The drive-thru ATM at this location is the worst ATM I think I have ever used. It has needed to be completely replaced for YEARS and Chase won’t do it. The employees tell me they’ve put in various requests and nothing happens. Don’t come here.

Haven't fixed their outside drive up ATM in months then I try to use my card touch to go inside after hours to use that ATM and the doors won't even unlock for me or my husband. Always an issue every time I come to this location!!

Savanna Chavez-Waring is definitely out of place here at this branch. I bank with Chase for 7 years and have always been receiving an excellent customer service, except for today. Savanna did not know how to do her job, made a mistake and then was mean about it. I was doing a cash withdrawal. The money left my account, but she said she doesn’t have the money to give to me and asked to come back in a day or two. When I asked her to call her supervisor and figure it out she turned extremely mean, told me “No, YOU have to call the bank” and even called the security like I am some kind an annoyance. Luckily, her manager took over. Savanna could use some banking courses, as well as work on her compliance and ethics. Also, a computer course for her to learn how to use technology might help. Although with how mean she was, this person does not belong to Chase.

The ATM here took my money when I was depositing cash, and it was stuck on the loading screen for more than 20 minutes. I thought I was never going to get it back.

I was here this morning with my wife. My wife was in line when miss Melissa Lopez cut in the line from behind and demanded miss Brianna to help her immediately. I, my wife, and the security guard were appalled by miss Lopez's lack of consideration and awareness of her surroundings. Miss Brianna saw that and suggested that she would help my wife first and then miss Lopez. I guess this wasn't satisfied with miss Lopez rude demeanor as she left fuming. Now that I saw the 1 star review from miss Lopez so I feel a need to explain the situation from my side of the story - a complete story of what happened regarding this incident.Overall, I think this location does a great job helping customers. I am not a Chase customer, but I am now considering about opening an account here due to their professional services, customer services, and cleanliness of the place.
