Our family will forever remember & suggest Cherished Memories, James & Anthony picked up our first baby Hercules a double XL pit, 150lbs on a sad Saturday morning. They were so fast, so kind, & so easy to talk too about any questions during the process. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone for pet cremation❤️

Update: finally received "my dog" then received a voice-mail a few days later letting me know that my dog was ready for pick up or delivery and to call back to arrange the pick up or delivery of my dog. How is that possible if my dog's ashes are sitting on my shelf. Seeking legal advice against this awful excuse for a business!!!If you want to wait 3 months and constantly call and beg them to send your dog, This is the perfect place. My dog died 3 months ago and "Jordan" has been telling me that she was lost, found, and then finally shipped. Only to find out she never shipped her that day like she promised. Had to call again and she promised again that she would ship my dog that day. She printed the label that day but never actually gave our dog to fedex and waited the weekend (not what she promised) when I asked her to overnight my dog because she had not been shipped yet, she proceeded to lie and say that she sent it Friday and she "didn't know what happened with fedex." Magically, my dog was dropped off at fedex an hour later, not overnighted, sent by the cheapest service fedex offers. My dog should be here tomorrow. Is it actually my dog? If they have been so unorganized and it's taken 3 months to send her, who knows? Save yourself the hassle and the heartache. We just want to move past our dog's death and because of Cherrished memories, we can't.

Our dog Pepper died somewhat unexpectedly at Univ of FL animal hospital in the middle of the nite. (No fault of the hospital). Jordan had Pepper picked up that same morning & brought her to Milam Funeral home so we could say our last goodbyes. Jordan went way above & beyond by expediting the timeline & treating us with a genuine level of care & compassion. Thank you Jordan!

We recently lost my husband's service dog. It was a huge blow for our family as even though every pet is incredibly special, service dogs are so much further intertwined into their humans' lives. There was a snafu with the way his name was printed on his name plate and his cremation certificate which upset my greatly. This was not the fault of Cherished Memories whatsoever, but they went out of their way to make it right.I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion they showed in this situation.

They were an hour late picking up our dog, who was scheduled to be put down at a certain time due to old age and illness. This caused my husband, who raised her, and our young children distress. Now it’s been 4 weeks and they will not return our calls. It’s just an awful situation because obviously your dog is a member of your family, and we don’t even know if we are going to get her ashes back. If you’re thinking about using this advice please don’t make the same decision I did. They clearly don’t care about the pets they are handling.

I have been trying to get some paperwork for my cremated pet so I can take it with me overseas. It has been over two weeks and she still did not get it done. Always the same excuse, the owner is not available which has to sign it. Would never ever recommend this place.

It's my understanding they are under new management now. Two weeks ago, our dog passed at home. I called three times and never received a call back. I ended up making other arrangements through my Vet.In speaking with my Vet, there are several of their clients who have had issues. Too bad, they did great work for me a few years ago.

Our beloved dog passed away suddenly on July 4th afternoon...we were on vacation at Amelia Island, Fl and I rushed him to Blue Pearl in Jacksonville and he died within minutes.(found out he had Hemangiosarcoma) we wanted a necropsy done but found that we’d have to drive to Gainesville Fl to the University of Florida to get it done...we are from Atlanta so had no idea where to go to have him cremated..I reached out to Cherished Memories and in the midst of our tremendous grief

In a one-month period, my family and I lost 2 beloved cats ... an adult cat who had developed jaw sarcoma, and a beautiful 9-week Siamese kitten. It was incredibly painful to lose these family members. The service put forth by Cherished Memories was wonderful. It was easy and quick, and the people we spoke with (via telephone and email) were lovely every time. The costs were far more reasonable than other companies in town, and the results were tasteful and comforting. They made a very difficult time for us somewhat easier. I give them my highest recommendation.

This is my first time using Cherished Memories. I have to say I am very impressed with their quality of pet memorials. I received the paw print urn with, paw print in terracotta along with the Rainbow Bridge poem this week. Very bitter sweet to receive these mementos of my sweet Shyanne, yet I can tell how care and love Cherished Memories put into all of these memories for me. Thank you very much!!
