This is the best Chipotle in town, not perfect but passable. Employees are usually nice, food is usually good, sometimes not perfect but passable. Every other Chipotle in town is a dumpster fire but this one is good.

Ordered with my husband, wasn’t feeling super hungry so I just wanted to order a kids meal. I ordered guacamole, crunchy tortillas, rice, fajita veggies, a side of corn salsa and apple juice. They left out the veggies, corn salsa, and apple juice, gave me soft tortillas, and didn’t even double the rice for the lack of veggies. Just left an empty space. My husband’s bowl is fine. What the actual hell?

My wife and I went the chipotle on NW13th and 23rd in Gainesville, Fl last night. We have been to plenty of chipotles across the country and this, hands down, was the best tasting food of all of them. Zay was the chef on duty and we will consistently come when he is on the schedule. The mgr, Dylan, was very friendly and efficient, as this seems to be a high traffic store, but we had our food hot and fresh within 4 mins. I can’t say enough about the staff and the quality of customer service at this location. 5/5 we will eat here every week because of this experience!!

Rice was hard. Not really that clean, when a container of sour cream was used up i watched the girl get another container and pour it in a used one instead of changing the whole container of sour cream! Adding to the bactiera from the used container! However the atmosphere is great!!

Whoever was working the 13th Street location and seasoning the rice/meat on 2/12/24 at 6:30 pm needs a raise!! This is the best chipotle my family has had in a long time and we eat there frequently. Can I get his schedule the next few weeks please? Flavors are sometimes off but this bowl was so good I had to come leave a review. (Tried to call too!)

Update!!I wanted to leave an updated review as I just visited this location in person (as I have multiple times since my horrible online ordering experience that you can read about below) and I just wanted to give credit to the gentlemen that served me tonight. Chris was working the line and not only was he speedy and accurate without skimping on portions, he was incredibly friendly and made certain that I was happy with my order. The one at the register was named Bryn, or Brett, or Brent… lol I’m not entirely sure because I couldn’t hear him very well over the music. Anyway, he too was incredibly friendly and the two of them made my experience tonight the best I’ve ever had at this location. Definitely better than the usual rushed, no eye contact, miserable-looking-staff sort of service I’m usually greeted with.My old one star review (that probably still applies to online ordering which is why I’m leaving it):Don’t EVER order online from here for pickup. They will get it almost completely wrong every single time guaranteed.On top of that, when you go inside to order in person they have the worst customer service of any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Everyone there has an attitude problem.

Chipotle workers at this location will do each web order that comes in their printer before anybody that is in line so be ready to really really wait should you go in person. Today is 12-31-23 7:30pm (a very uncomfortable day to work i know but our business is open right now with half owners working and half the employees working and this kind of things cant happen there). We just received the second worst customer service ever in our lives by a lady with colorful dreadlocks hair who seemed like the manager. The other employees wouldnt talk as if they were scared or something. She didnt look like a mean person outside of work but maaan, her customer service showed completly otherwise.We arrived at 6:16pm and very patiently and belly painfully waited until 6:48 in line. There were around 15 people in front of us and the line wasn’t moving. At some point we were first and we noticed what was going on. Web orders wouldn’t stop coming in their printer and they would just do them, even though they said PROMISED FOR 7:30pm and there was plenty of time to made the “promise”. So I asked this lady to my regret: do you guys make every single online order before us who have been here for more than 30 min in line? And oh boy did I regret that. She gave me a half answer full rude attitude and the entire store looked at me and we were so ashamed. At the very end, she finished by saying: so to answer your question yes, we do them first and you are welcome to order online too. and I said: well that was my question. And she said: and I answered it twice now, you are making me repeat myself and wasting everybody’s time here. Let me know if we are gonna continue to argue or if you wanna eat.So I shut up cause I was very very hungry.Funny thing is that before me an asian family went thru a similar experience than ours. Something about a return idk. And I thought this family was wasting all our times cause that’s what the same lady had screamed at them to point the blame to the customer always. But she was saying the same thing to anybody that interrupted her rutine. I realized she was the problem when we were screamed at. Not the asian family. Before the asian family she screamed at a doordash driver so bad that he quit the order and left to find another order I guess. Rudeness after rudeness. Things like: “we are having X issue right now so you can wait or not”. It’s the kind of expressions that are not 100% rude and you can’t pinpoint them or else theyll always have good excuse or: “it wasn’t that bad of an answer” type of defense but constant and with a derogatory tone that only being there in person you could understand. And I’ve experienced similar situations but this one was a notch above.This lady could be a good person as I am sure but she can’t have this kind of job in the front giving “customer service”. It’s extremely unacceptable. And I mean, it’s cringy and uncomfortable and rude and pretty messed up. This is pretty bad I am not exaggerating. She can’t continue to work at the front. Or more one star reviews will continue I guarantee u that.To conclude food was good as always BUT they only had chips for guess who… WEB ORDERS lol. I had to laugh at the cashier. This is crazy.

Horrible mess of a store. This one is the worst one I’ve been to in Gainesville. Waited 40 minutes for a bowl only to be told they ran out of steak. All while saying my order was ready for pickup in the app. Do not recommend this one!

They are literally always out of stuff and it makes no sense. How do you close at 11 but I come in at 6 and you have no sour cream and no cheese. Then I come I. On several other occasions and yet they are missing items such as rice yes rice and queso and lettuce like come on!!!

Manager is very hostile at this establishment. I’ve never felt so uneasy in my life. They literally have nothing you ask for. It wasn’t even that late either. I just wouldn’t recommend coming here .
