I visited this salon in May for a cut and color, and was so happy with the results that I came back in August, despite having moved out of town. However, the cut I received was quite unsatisfactory. I asked for what I had previously received and what I have gotten for 5+ years, which is long layers, face framing pieces, and long curtain bangs. Unfortunately, I realized after leaving the salon that the cut I received was uneven and choppy, with the layers being quite drastic. I am currently left with a partial bob of sorts? Particularly on one side, my hair is chopped too short, extending to my crown. I will attach images of my before and after. Disappointed to say the least.

I came in to do my hair (blowout) for my graduation and Isabella did a phenomenal job in making sure I looked perfect for my day!

I had an appointment here in the Spring of 2022, I write this review now as I wanted to sit with the experience before expressing my concerns - I paid a hefty deposit that they said would be half of the total estimated cost. Once I left my appointment I ended up paying far more than that additional. Also, I was not pleased with the color -I asked for highlights on my blonde hair and it looked almost the exact same as when I went in. Very disappointed because as I was a student at UF, I believe this salon may get very one off clients whom they can get away with charging astronomical prices. I would have been more understanding had the pricing been more transparent prior to service. The hairdresser herself was very nice - I was just overall disappointed, would not return and would not recommend this salong to others.

I’ve coming to this place for the past 2 years and I love it! Isabella gets to do my hair and every-time she does she works her magic🪄 she fixed my hair from otc color dye and gave me a wonderful hair treatment that has really improved my hair living it nice and healthy. I’m very satisfied with the hair care i get from her and also enjoy her convos. 😌 Isabella is the best💞

I have had my hair cut and colored in Dallas for 35 years. Most hair stylist focused explicitly on color or cut. Cole does both and she is SUPER talented. Her results are incomparable. I drive an hour each way for my sessions. Always worth it!

I came into Ciao Bella Salon the day after another salon butchered my hair. I was placed with a stylist named Emily, who I swear is a miracle worker. What I thought was unfixable, Emily fixed it. When I came in my hair had looked like I attempted to do it myself, and I was so embarrassed to go out into public. I didn’t even want my boyfriend to see me. Emily made me feel like a queen by the time I left. She corrected the color, which I did not think was possible. We fixed the cut. She saved my birthday.
Not only is she a sweet and caring, but she listens to you and what you want. She is also very knowledgeable in her profession.
The salon itself is a wonderful place for anyone to get their hair done. The stylist work amazing with each other and they all truly want what’s best for you! I would highly recommend Ciao Bella salon to anyone. Although Emily, she will make you feel like a queen.
Attached are before and after photos - I’m still in awe on how perfect Emily fixed my hair.

Darcy is fantastic! I am always thrilled and get tons of compliments. If you want amazing color and haircut definitely get an appointment with her.
My boys and husbands love Cole. They have difficult hair to cut. They are so picky and hard to please and they are super happy every-time.

Isabella is a miracle worker. I had my hair colored at a different place and I was SO unhappy with it (streaks of blonde haphazardly in my hair, unsymmetrical, etc) tears. I’d never been to Ciao Bella but a friend recommended it and wow I’m so glad. Isabella listened to me, reassured me, and i don’t know how she did it, but my hair looks so wonderful. It’s exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and friendly too. I’m not a big talker during hair visits and she respected that. I’m so grateful to her and her magic. She is so talented.

I got my hair done there pretty recently and it was decent for gainesville, but i called back to inquire about prices and was completely blindsided by the attitude i got from the receptionist. I am still in shock with the response I got. I was excited to go back if I needed to but I am big on customer treatment and because of the way she spoke to me makes me not want to ever go back there again. No need to treat someone so rude for no reason, poor girl must have had a bad day and was taking it out on what could have been a returning client.

I have been visited this salon a few times. The stylists do a good job overall - I have only being getting haircuts, so can’t speak to color or texture treatments.What I don’t love is the fact that parking is extremely limited. Their website mentions a spot for free parking (always full) and a garage on 2nd ave to which they can supposedly provide ticket validation. This was not the case in person, though, so parking ends up being far and expensive.I also did not appreciate the fact that I was seated 30mins late. Had I been the one who was late to my appointment, they would have penalized me. So, they get to be late and don’t even apologize for it or offer an extra something for the inconvenience? At minimum they could have given a courtesy call to let me know they were running late, and I would have taken extra time to find a better parking.I only recommend if you live nearby and can walk to the appointment, and can afford to me late to your next commitment.
