On two occasions I have seen how the employee Jaei treats customers in a despotic manner. It would be good if they gave her the opportunity to receive customer service training.

Went there to put 40 dollars on my cashapp n the employee put in 4 dollars I didn't realize it till I tried using my card to make a online purchase the manager only gave me 20 dollars back

Worst experience ever at a gas station. Worst customer service ever!! waited in line for 30 minutes and didn't complain but when I got to The cashier I could not even tell her what I wanted because she was so busy talking to the other associate bad mouthing The previous customers, she went on for about 5 minutes ignoring me at the register until I finally said I really need to go. The cashier (Olivia) said fine with me GO IM NOT STOPPING YOU! And complained that I didn't spend enough money as I was walking out of the door trying to call me cheap? That was ridiculously rude and I will never stop at this store again. I hope she gets fired. Worst customer service ever!!!! I have been shopping at circle k everyday for the last 20 years and now I Will never shop at another circle k again!

Nastiest bathrooms I’ve been to in a long time. I stopped on my travels and I specifically pick chain gas stations due to cleanliness issues at other local ones. The women’s bathroom has trash on the floor and blood all over the toilet seat and down the side. So I went into the men’s And it smelled of urine and the sink was dirty and looked to not have been cleaned for quite some time. I went down the street to another facility to get my coffee and use the restroom. I would not come back to this location.

I went in to get a polar Pop but had to use the restroom first. The door was locked to the bathroom and I asked an employee if I needed a key and they said it was up at the front so I went to the front. The person at the front said they didn't know where it was so I went to three other employees and they all didn't know where it was and finally one person said I have one in my car and then she walked away and didn't go to her car to get the key for the restroom. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. I won't go to this location again.
