I had a great experience at this branch. Adrian was very nice and straight forward and helped us get through our first loan. He provided the answers to the questions we would have had without overwhelming us. We are back on track on the future is looking bright again.-Matt G

Adrian Lopez Rocks!!He's always warm, kind, and pleasant.He's actually the reason that I started coming back to this branch. I live 10 minutes from this branch but I would drive to 34th because I had a bad experience at the 43rd branch and one day I stopped to in and Adrian was so kind and understanding and patient with me.

This branch is superb. It's located in a really convenient area and the inside is also visually appealing.I believe the intention of the staff is to provide a no hassle, low stress, let's get it done experience - they do it.Chelsea G. was extremely helpful on some docs and a credit card issue on my last visit.I had to call later to clarify something, I left a VM asking for her.Chelsea called me back. Ok. Woah. Unusual. And rare. And it was great that she did and not someone who didn't know what the situation entailed.That would have been a hassle.This experience was not.Thank you Chelsea!5 stars

April Phinazee is the greatest person working in the banking industry. I’ve dealt with many banks and representatives for 7 years, and no one comes close to the care and service April provides. She was able to not only assist my needs, but to thoroughly explain the whole process in terms I could easily understand. Amazing bank and staff!

April Phinazee was phenomenal. Customer service was outstanding. She helped me with all of my concerns and problems with the online banking in person concerns that I had with my account no hesitation to jump right in it and get it squared away for me. I was very pleased with her services on top of that she went above and beyond, and reached out to my wife by phone to help her as well. I could not ask for a better representative to help us with our banking through VyStar.

Katy, went above and beyond her customer service duties! I requested a copy of my credit card statement. She honored that request! But, days later she followed up to advise me that I maybe eligible to upgrade my current credit card so, I can take advantage of the rewards program!Therefore, thanks to her attentiveness; I was approved for 5,000 line of credit card!!She's exceptional!
