Demeanor of office people showed utter lack of professionalism. They did not want to be bothered from their routine. Not worry they just missed an $9000.00+sale from me.I will not return here for service. Since you don't want my money. Next time get off your butts and stop yelling through the office walls.

**Buyer Beware** I have been in Gainesville 25 years and CS was the best place to get doors. I don't know what happened to them but significant improvement is needed all around. They can't get something as simple as the right door style or the right color hinges. And the wait is longer than most retail stores due to staff errors. AVOID until they reorganize.

Horrible experience! Gave them a list of materials to quote and a month later was told oops, lost the list, give it to me again and I'll get you a quote (Strike1). Then, once we were quoted and we paid for the $8800 in materials, within the hour, were sent an email stating it was an additional $1600! (Strike 2). They attempted to make that right and said ok, it'll just be $100 additional, we said great, well take care of it on Monday. My husband went to pick up materials today(Monday) and low and behold MY card was charged almost $300! They not only charged another $200 more, they charged my card without even speaking to me! (Strike 3). Will never do business here again, they've held up our job and jerked us around, and any decent Contractor knows time is money. I highly suggest other contractors look elsewhere for their materials as well.

Got our order wrong again and again. They used to be the best place, but now they seem to not care about their jobs. Labor shortage is not the problem. It's that they don't seem to listen or care.
