I'm bad with names, but I think the man's name was Nathan W. He is awesome!! Best experience I've had with an employee at any utility place. We went through everything super fast, no hassles or up charging, he seemed like he genuinely wanted me to get the best deal possible at Cox. Actual hero!

Extremely unreliable service and extremely high price that is not justified. Working from home, I need to have reliable service as it directly impacts my income and PTO. After the last outage, I only got a credit of less than $7 for half a day of work missed. This week alone, I've had 2 outages disrupt my workflow. It is absolutely nonsensical that this company has a virtual monopoly on high speed internet service in the area and they can't even handle the demand. I'm counting down the days until I can switch carriers, because the second that fiber optic launches in my neighborhood (it's in construction now), I'm leaving Cox in the dust.

Went exchanged some old equipment at Cox Gainesville. It was fairly busy but their sign in process made it possible to have efficient service. We did. No problems.

I was in and out for new phone service, no pressure easy transition I was really pleasantly surprised thank you Cox team! My service is great no slowness and I leased at a reasonable cost their newest product- a backup WiFi brick for when the power goes out for continued WiFi since I work from home a few days a week. I recommend Coz for internet and phone service definitely 😊

I’ve been a Cox customer for years and normally keep my account in good standing. After a recent family loss, I fell behind for the first time. I paid the past due balance immediately, but when I called to settle my account, I was transferred multiple times, left on hold for over an hour, and told conflicting information by reps.
One agent (“Reg”) promised a $32 outage credit but tried to apply it to the next billing cycle — which would disappear if I cancel. I’ve had frequent outages, often weekly, but Cox only credited a fraction of what was fair. When I asked for a simple one-month courtesy credit to close out cleanly, I was met with resistance and dismissive attitudes.
Total, I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone being shuffled around with no empathy or real resolution. It feels like Cox is more interested in protecting their metrics than taking care of loyal customers.
I’m sharing this here so others know what to expect, and so management sees how difficult it is to get basic fairness and accountability from their support system.

Daisee was wonderful! I love the way she spells her name. I came in to return my modem and she was at the door smiling like she had been expecting me. Never have I walked in any business and been treated like I was wanted. Thank you so much Daisee you excel at what you do! Keep doing it!

I have been asking them to come out to fix my internet for 2 weeks and they have continuously rescheduled and just simply not shown up when they said they would. Complete incompetence and a joke of a company. If you are able use ANY other service provider.

Went in to pick up a new router for my upcoming move and had a great experience. Cristian was very friendly and able to answer all my questions no problem. He was very knowledgeable and respectful!

Had bad experiences with Cox since I signed up. If you can do any other internet service than T mobile, do that instead

Customer service was very bad and very rude
