My kids phone numbers went to the wrong phone & they wanted them switched I called archer road thinking it was a huge issue..Steph & Anna handled it with ease ! They were helping other customers while everything transferred! I was so aggravated with the mistake I made & they fixed everything quickly. Thank you so much !

This "company" is a big fat lie. The people who work for them lie and do not want to help. I have been a customer for many years and I am now going to end my "family plan" and go with another company, one that has morals and better phones and customer service. No compensation for my time or money wasted - go with any other phone company, please.

I called about five crickets and couldn’t find the phones I wanted and Alex at the store on archer Road took real good care of me. He called another store and had it brought to that one so I can get the two phones I wanted very nice very helpful. Just a great experience.
