Worst experience of my life, the manager Kellsha lies and charges you for stuff she says is free, completely unprofessional with a serious attitude problem. Everyone else I’ve dealt with in that store has been wonderful, but for a manger, it is clear that she has no idea how to speak to her customers. Before me she was helping some hispanic customers and was extremely rude to them, seemed like she didn’t have the time of day for them and making comments about them under her breath. She also made it seem to them like their cases and stuff were free. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but to be lied to to get more money out of me is disgusting, and then of course you can’t return the stuff because of policy or whatever. I don’t know how she hasn’t gotten blasted on tik tok yet. Last time I go into that store.

I went there to get a phone memory deleted, which was done. But now it's just showing foreign language so I'm bringing it back today. I also will be asking them to change over my phone from the Motorola to the Samsung I have. Also I found it odd that they didn't return my SIM CARD. I'll let y'all know what happens.

A little sad that Google now charges for storage but these guys were so informative I can't be mad. Alyssa helps me consistently and makes sure I know no problem is too small they are always there to help me. And I greatly appreciate it

I had a awesome experience with Alyssa and said today they were extremely helpful and kind and attentive they both had great costumer service despite a rude and unreasonable costumer they remained patient and professional I look forward to seeing them again
