Had good customer service when being sold the phone, but the company sucks and have only been with them for less than a week. 2cd day I barely had proper service for the entire day. Sold me insurance on the phone, but doesn't tell you that you still have to pay $250 for repairs! Why would I ever do that and I paid $200 for the phone itself. Screen has starting messing up literally right where it folds and can no longer use it after only 4 days later, cricket was no help. Will most likely be taking my services elsewhere very soon!

Called for help since I got a letter today saying that cricket got hacked and all our information was stolen. One the guy, he sounded around 20-25?, answered the phone he sounded annoyed, I asked about the paper and all he said was “this isn’t my problem, call someone else.” Would not suggest even getting cricket anymore.

What can I say about Cricket. My experience with Daisee and Julia was the highlight of my day. Julia was very kind and welcoming, but Daisee took the cake. Her attentiveness and attention to detail was remarkable. So much so I changed company's, then brought my mom and daughter over to switch as well. This is what stellar service gets you! Impressed doesn't even begin to describe. Shout-out to Michael (ISE) as well with awesome tips and info as well

Absolutely ADORED Daisee and her energy! I came in and she was working on clipboards and books for her employees she was so charismatic and made everyone feel special she made jokes and she signed me up for hbo max while giving me some great recommendations I’ve never been in a store where I really felt like I didn’t want to leave she even showed me there was a way to transfer my lg to an apple phone Chris was also very kind and told me about saving money off my bill I really felt like there was nothing else they could do to make me any more happy thank you so much to this amazing team! I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW HERE
