What can I say about Cricket. My experience with Daisee and Julia was the highlight of my day. Julia was very kind and welcoming, but Daisee took the cake. Her attentiveness and attention to detail was remarkable. So much so I changed company's, then brought my mom and daughter over to switch as well. This is what stellar service gets you! Impressed doesn't even begin to describe. Shout-out to Michael (ISE) as well with awesome tips and info as well

Absolutely ADORED Daisee and her energy! I came in and she was working on clipboards and books for her employees she was so charismatic and made everyone feel special she made jokes and she signed me up for hbo max while giving me some great recommendations I’ve never been in a store where I really felt like I didn’t want to leave she even showed me there was a way to transfer my lg to an apple phone Chris was also very kind and told me about saving money off my bill I really felt like there was nothing else they could do to make me any more happy thank you so much to this amazing team! I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW HERE

The new manager here is Daisee. She is really good at what she does and she and her employees have been practicing Spanish to ensure they can help anyone who comes through the door. Daisee keeps the chalkboards fun and informative and just brings a really nice atmosphere to this location! Coming here you will never feel like a burden or second hand, they have a way of making you feel valued.Thank you to Daisee and her team Chris, Gabe and Brendon. I will be referring everyone I know here.

I'm LEAVING Cricket wireless next month. Nothing but problems and just finished "chatting" with customer service. NOPE!!! They want me to send this 2 month old device in for repairs. I NEED IT FOR WORK!! I don't understand what they don't get here. Didn't come with a charger. The proximity sensor doesn't work. This is a BRAND NEW DEVICE and I got ripped off!!

Came in to the Butler location this morning around 10am. I was a Cricket customer in the past and wanted to purchase a new phone and plan today. I’ve been browsing online so already knew what I wanted. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman and she immediately asked if she could help me. I stated that I wanted to buy a phone, she asked if I knew what one & I asked if they had the same offers as advertised online. Her reply was “I don’t know, I don’t know what offers are online”. Then I informed her that I was bringing my own number and checked online if it was compatible to being and she asked me if I had the “pin” to transfer the number. With this being my 2nd time bringing a number to cricket I had no idea what she was talking about. At this point it just seemed like I was a bother to her since I was the only customer in the store. She then told me that I have to call my current carrier and get a PIN number to release the number, an account number, etc and “that’s not something we can do, you will have to do it yourself before we can help you” and she ended our interaction there. Considering I was there to purchase a phone because my current one was broke I had no way to call my carrier to get the information she said I had to do so I left the store. She made me feel like I was interrupting her free time and I felt like she had no desire to want to help me set up service today. So I left the store and went to the location in Bronson, FL where I had purchased a phone over a year ago and had such a great experience with the employee there, which is why I chose to go back to Cricket. Once I got to the location in Bronson I was relieved to see the same employee from my first time there and she was happy to help me. She was very informative of their deals that I seen online that ARE available in store and she was able to transfer my number for me without me contacting my current carrier and getting a pin, as the employee in Butler Plaza stated I needed to do. I will never return to this location because of my interaction there today. As an employee you should pretend to be happy to help customers and make them feel welcomed not like an inconvenience.

Hunter is an asset to your company and needs a raise as far as I am concerned,. I am a 77 year old senior and dealing with CRICKET has been stress free and I now have confidence in CRICKET AND A MODERN TELEPHONE.

Cricket is a quality company w good service. This particular branch stay away from the manager is cold and unconcerned. I bought a phone and upgraded to new phone. Being my phone was not purchased through cricket the manager (puke) told me she couldn't return the phone being there was a tiny scratch that required me to hold the phone in just the right light to see. It wasn't there period. Scam. As others mentioned she uses FRANCHISE to distance the store from being held accountable. The store should be looking for a new manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
