Absolutely atrocious, the staff at the front of the store are completely understaffed and overworked and the store manager is lazy and expects them to handle all the store issues. I asked to speak to the manager because we couldn’t resolve an issue and she called the front clerk to tell me to call the customer service number. Then the issue still wasn’t resolved and another staff member came to help with issue and stated “Julie (store manager name that was given) is trying to go home right now and doesn’t want to come to the front.” Then the issue continued and the store manager final came to the front and snatched my gift card from the clerk at the front. She then precede to say “why do you have these gift cards” as if a customer can’t use 2 gift cards to pay for their items. Then under her breath she continued to say “I’m got to report this” and “I am not going to manually input your card anyways.” Instead of continuing with the horrible attitude and her not wanting to accept my form of payment, I decide to leave and not pay for anything else. I hope the manager changes her ways as that is not a pleasant way to adhere to Customers or the representation of CVS.

Why would y'all close a location to not have adequate staff at the replacement location? I didn’t ask to be switched here. This pharmacy is absolutely horrible for as large as it is. You need someone to manage the front and the drive-thru. Friendlier staff would be great too.

It doesn't matter which cvs I go to, they all suck . I stopped after work to pickup my husband's libre, which was sitting on shelf near register, but they couldn't fill it because the cvs on 23rd was still in script. Could I come back around 7p?? My husband had to have it .....the one he is wearing expires at 8p tonight.

I had a subpar experience at the CVS on the 16th and 13th. The staff just stood at the front with a scowl on her face, offering no help whatsoever. When I tried to engage with the manager, their attitude made it clear they were just there to collect a paycheck, not to assist customers.
CVS has turned into nothing more than an overpriced, automated convenience store. If customer service doesn’t matter to them, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. I ended up going to Walmart, where at least the prices are better and the staff is more helpful.
If you’re looking for good service, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Wow customer service at the store is unprofessional . From cashier to manager all were so rude !! Unacceptable. This does NOT include the pharmacy department. They are always professional maybe the store employees can take a lesson or 2 from the pharmacy department!!!

The manager Of the pharmacy is the rudest person I have ever met. I’ve been yelled at In front of other customers, they violated the HIPAA law when it came to my medical records yelling all my personal information in front of the whole store and what kind of medication I take I am disgusted I did call Corporate and the next time I went in the manager would not give me my medication in retaliation of me reporting his/their behavior I really hope Corporate will finally read these reviews and take control of that Pharmacy because reading these comments are very very disturbing and we shouldn’t be treated different because of the pharmacy doesn’t agree with what medication we are getting from licensed doctors someone needs to step up and really take control of this matter and listen to the customers until this very day, the pharmacist still will not give me my Prescription when it’s time to be refilled

Normally I wouldn’t worry about people having bad days or having a rough patch. However, there is a gentlemen always with a mask on and long hair in a pony tail here as a pharmacy tech who clearly CANNOT communicate in a calm reasonable and professional manner. He has been rude to me, people close to me, customers in line, other staff, and the drive through patrons.
Personally I’ve witnessed just too much of this not to speak up.
