Consistently rude, both in person and on the phone. The pharmacy employees are curt, brusque, impatient - you name it. Special acknowledgment to the male pharmacist with the eyeglasses and longish hair. He should not work in a public facing role due to his awful attitude.

I do not know what internal challenges the pharmacy staff are dealing with but I hope that they can overcome them for the sake of us folks who need our medicine and don’t have time to call and call and call to make sure our pharmacy does their job and follows through on providing medicine when they make promises to do so. My Doctor sent an RX over for me during our Friday morning appointment. I went to this CVS pharmacy the following morning, and was told the RX was not ready but would be that same afternoon, and the employee confirmed that I would receive a text message when it was filled. That didn’t happen. I called the following day to check on the order status and was told there was no order because I “have to call and request this prescription be filled”- this turned out to be inaccurate, but I didn’t get the name of the person who shared this misinformation. The same employee told me it would be ready by 6pm that day. That didn’t happen. I called again two days later and was told the RX was almost ready, just had to checked by the pharmacist, and I would receive a text update that day. That didn’t happen. Today, Thursday, nearly a week sense the RX was sent to this CVS pharmacy, I called again and this time I told the employee about the failed promises and that I just need my RX filled. The employee told me it was almost ready, the pharmacist needed only to double check and approve it first which “only takes about 30 seconds”. Frustrated but grateful, I headed to CVS and got my RX. If the pharmacy couldn’t fill my RX any faster because it was out of stock or something that’s totally understandable, but I need them to communicate that to me so I have the ability to make a decision to go to a different pharmacy. I need to be able to get my needs met, but when the pharmacy staff obfuscate this process they take away my ability to make informed and timely decisions about my health.

The saddest CVS pharmacy I've been to -- and I'm a huge CVS fan usually. Spend tons of $ there year round for the family. The young lady behind the counter didn't return my cheery greeting and she was so soft spoken I could barely hear her when she spoke -- even after politely saying I'm sorry I can't hear you very well ... and she had a brief look in her eyes. She seemed annoyed at her customers. .:( Also one of the two prescriptions I was picking up was out of stock and therefore not filled -- she didn't let me know or even say anything. I had to go online later to find out details. I'm moving to a different pharmacy. Too bad as the lady at the front registers was very friendly and nice.

I’m livid. The CVS website indicates a 1 to 2 day turnaround for the RTPCR-based Covid test. I require this turnaround for international travel to a country that requires the test be done no more than five days prior to arrival, so I scheduled the test to accommodate that requirement based on the information on the CVS website. I arrived this morning for my scheduled test, I was told that the website was wrong, and that the turnaround would be 3 to 5 days. This means I likely

CVS-provided location driving directions sent me 30 minutes away from the actual testing location. I almost killed myself and my wife to get back to the right location and was 20 minutes late. They would not give me a test because I exceeded the 15 minute grace period. VERY UNHELPFUL!!!
