The employees here are great, but I feel bad for them. This store only ever has 2 people closing, and in this high traffic area, and it leaves the store in disarray. I see the poor employees scrambling to help customers and clean the store and restock shelves. It’s no wonder it’s so disorganized, when the poor employees can’t even finish one task without constant interruptions. It doesn’t help that its right under student apartments in the downtown area, so there people coming in at all hours.

They do not honor their discounts. On the shelf it said that there was a 50% off deal, but the manager told the cashier not to honor it and had her move the product over to a different location despite the products looking visually different.

Went in at 10:50 to grab medication and they were closed? The employee just shook her head from inside saying no. I asked her if I could go in since they don’t close until 11 and she continued to shake her head at me and wave her finger saying no.

The store is remodeled and very nice. The staff is very friendly. Sam, Elon, all very polite , welcoming, professional, and helpful. The store hosted college athletes yesterday as an event. It was a very nice time. The store was well stocked, very clean, and impressive.

What an unexpected and amazing experience at CVS. Suzzane greeted me as I walked into the store and was very knowledgeable about my product needs. Suzzane also made we aware about the "extra care" card I could make in store which saved me money on some of the products I had purchased. She is a true asset to your organization, thank you.

I went there at 10:54, I still got 6 minutes before the store closes, but there is one employee/staff refuse to let me in, I was just try to get ibuprofen really quick, it seems like they just want to go home earlier and they don’t care about their customers, so that’s the way you treat your customers? You honestly deserve a negative feedback.

Really hard to find an employee to help you. I needed to buy headphones that were locked and walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for someone who worked there. Didn't just stand by them, but actually walked around and looked, there were 0 cashiers at the front. I wish they would at least put a bell at the counter to get their attention.

Sunday, not feeling well and needed some OTC medications.NO ONE in the store. The Benadryl required that an in-store person help me check out. Forget that!My question is, how can a store with such bad, frankly non-existent service, survive. My assumption is that students (I am not a student) will tolerate this incredibly poor service. Not me. Never again.. Where is the nearest Walgreens!

There is NO MILK. I’ve gone in this CVS probably 15 times in the past 3 months to get milk and there has been milk like 3 times! The entire milk fridge is always empty!!! Where is the MILK?!?!?!
