This is NOT a real CVS, but rather a mini CVS inside of a giant Target store. They don’t have half of the items that regular CVS stores carry. Sure, you can probably get other versions of those missing items elsewhere within Target, if you’re already signed up to forage in a huge store, fight those crowds, and put up with the lack of staff who know where the merchandise is. But if, say, you got off of I-75 after navigating to the nearest CVS to quickly get in and out for that one thing that you know they have— i.e., why most customers come into CVS for non-prescription items— you’re likely to find the lone pharmacy staff member busy administering a vaccine with no one else to help. Why CVS chose to dilute their brand in this way, I can only guess.

The line was so long at the pharmacy it took me over 30 mins standing in line. The cashier was slow. They didn't have very many fragrances in stock. Couldn't really find everything I needed or it was too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this store at busy hours.

The few times I been there usallly they are good but last time they claimed I picked up my meds already I knew I hadn't. It took forever with the insurance company to figure out where the meds had gotten to. I don't know what insurance company was telling them I picked up my meds but they might want to fix that considering they were at lake City

I am chronically ill and have had prescriptions filled at various pharmacies. Walgreens is the worst of all of them. I haven't ever had a problem at Target, just wish they stayed open until at least 9pm.
