The clerks seem to be working hard in there at the pharmacy drive thru window but the service is INCREDIBLY SLOW. 25+ minutes per car is unheard of but is the norm here. Perhaps CVS at this location should invest in some more employees at the pharmacy??? Personally I can't deal with the headache I get whenever I visit this location.

Terrible. Doctor called in prescription yesterday. Pharmacy said they did not receive the message. Pharmacist told me to have the doctor call and talk to the pharmacist and they would prioritize it. Doctor called, pharmacist said they were too busy and to leave a message. The doctor left a message. And still not filled. The clerk stated he would check the messages and then they would fill the prescription and they would call me. I said no I needed it yesterday and would wait until filled. I waited for an hour and he said they have so many messages on there. He needs some time to try to find mine. Then he stated again that he could not find my prescription on their voicemail. This place is so inept. My advice is to go somewhere else.

Not only this store but others in my area. Experiation dates are not checked on products that are on the shelf.

Do you remember the time I was in this CVS location recently? Me either.... except CVS keeps emailing me with someone elses personal medical information because their "customer" is dumb and put my email in for their accout. I would not use CVS as they cannot keep personal medical information confidential, just imagine what they would do with your credit card number...

CVS customer service is really going downhill. Last week there was a single employee in the store. This week the pharmacy wouldn’t ring up my non-pharmacy items, forcing me to wait on the second line for my non-pharmacy items.

**UPDATE/FOLLOW UP***
I REALLY WANTED TO COME ON HERE AND UPDATE MY REVIEW TO A POSITIVE ONE, HOWEVER, I CAN TELL THAT THIS PHARMACY DOESN'T WANT A GOOD REVIEW AT THIS POINT. I TURNED IN MY PRESCRIPTION FOR REFILLING 4 DAYS AGO. THIS WAS TO ALLOW THEM ENOUGH TIME. I CALLED FOR FOLLOW-UP YESTERDAY AND WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE READY TODAY, HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW-UP. I CALLED THE PHARMACY AND SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE TECHNICIAN WHO STATED THEY WERE SWAMPED TODAY AND IT MIGHT BE AN ADDITIONAL DAY OR TWO. TOMORROW IS A HOLIDAY AND I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE IN TOWN. SHE STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT HELP THAT BUT SHE PUT IN THE REQUEST FOR REFILL TODAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I TURNED IN MY PRESCRIPTION REFILL 4 DAYS AGO AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY ALREADY. SHE COULD HAVE CARED LESS. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY KEEP HIRING THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. IF I DID NOT HAVE TO USE THEM FOR MY INSURANCE I WOULD HAVE BEEN LONG GONE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO DOWN THE DRAIN AND WIPED OUT AND STARTED OVER WITH PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!!
What has happened to CVS? This store has to be one of the worst! You can no longer speak to a human. They FORCE you to leave a voicemail that they never return your calls from. Then when you go in there to actually speak to somebody face to face because they never call you back, they get all offended and make you out to be some type of drug seeker. I will steer my patience away from this location! Do better CVS!!

Shout out to Julie, Denise, and Hope! Great staff, very kind and helpful, awesome store! Found what i was looking for that i could not find at publix or walgreens, publix was EXPENSIVE and no BOGO! CVS WAS BOGO (bought vitamins)! Thank you all, all so wonderful! =D

My husband went to a CareSpot for a UTI on Saturday afternoon. It is now 12:45pm on Sunday and we are still WAITING on our prescriptions to be filled…four trips and counting!!!!

THE WORST PHARMACY I’ve ever been. Worst costumer service und unwilling to help or even help out a little bit.
Been waiting on an Rx for weeks, even though I talked to my insurance and my prescribing physician and both said it’s approved.

One of the worst experiences I had with main pharmacist today on 3/14. He was verbally abusive, threatened to call police and refused to explain to me why he cannot fill in prescription for medicine ? have been taking for 10 years and was filled in by them just a month ago. I never experienced pure discrimination and misogyny on this level in my life. I transferred my cage to another pharmacy and they filled in that prescription without a problem. This is store #1815 on 4354 NW 23 Avenue Gainesville FL.

The worst pharmacy in Gainesville. There's no way to speak to a human over the phone. The automated phone system thinks the current date is two month's prior so I cannot order my prescription. The only option is to leave a voicemail message for someone to call you back and it gives you about 10-seconds and then hangs-up on you. This has become a regular inconvenience for my family and therefore we will be changing pharmacies. CVS has downgraded greatly.
