The worst pharmacy in Gainesville. There's no way to speak to a human over the phone. The automated phone system thinks the current date is two month's prior so I cannot order my prescription. The only option is to leave a voicemail message for someone to call you back and it gives you about 10-seconds and then hangs-up on you. This has become a regular inconvenience for my family and therefore we will be changing pharmacies. CVS has downgraded greatly.

Calling to talk to pharmacy is like pulling a tooth. Worst experience ever. I don't want to leave my information on a voicemail. What is wrong with you CVS? Get a better system or lose business. I already spread the knews of this. Get a better system because putting someone on hold is way better than giving them fake hope and than having them leave a message in the end. SMH!!!!

Was changing my medication because of money reasons. Switched to a flex pen from a pump. Im a diabetic. Was sold the flex pens and never was told I had to buy the needle tip for the pen. When asked to fill them was told my insurance would t cover them and the ones they do cover weren’t in a 50 mile radius. Was told to order 3 months supply to get my one months supply. Absolutely out of order. Went to the cvs closer to my home and they had the needles I needed in stock with no prescription needed. Talked on the phone to pharmacist and my doc and all your pharmacist could say was I don’t know. You hire unprofessional people to do your medications. 3 People in fact. Middle eastern woman to be more exact. Don’t remember her name but i honestly could care less at this point. Then they decided to cancel my prescription the next day as it was filled already at my new CVs. Had to wait to get corrected. Very frustrating and terrible experience 0/10.

I Sat behind 2 cars for 45 minutes in drive thru. If pharmacy meds aren't ready have them come back or wait inside. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Five people working pharmacy so not for lack of help.

Don't know what happened to this place, but it had give from good pharmacy with attentive tech and pharmacist to COMPLETELY the opposite. They are all terrible! Their incompetence is not usually an issue, but when the chips are down and you NEED your medication ASAP, you can just forget it. You get jerked around, lied to and ignored. No compassion or understanding of any kind. Sorry, but after years of using this pharmacy and CVS in general, I'm done with both. Plenty of options out there with more caring people who understand the needs of their customers. I strongly recommend you avoid this place.

This location really takes the time to help figure out any issues with prescriptions. We drive a little farther because of the customer service we receive.

This pharmacy does not answer the phone! I called multiple times in an attempt to get through to someone in the pharmacy but remained on hold for over an hour! I spoke with the manager who was not helpful either! Please hire more people if that is the issue! It's not fair to the staff to be so short handed as well..?

CVS is an amazing place to shop. CarePass is extremely innovative. Items I need are always readily available and in store pickup is prompt and timely. A lifetime customer I will be.

This pharmacy does not answer their phone. We were on hold for 50mins no answer still. Even spoke to store manager which he is also useless. Never again for this pharmacy. ?

The store is fine, but the "Care Pass" app is NO longer accessible for me & a clerk showed me she has the same problem. I called a 1-800 number for customer service & the young lady said there is a new app, but she couldn't help me. The store employees said they were unaware of a new one. So, I have already paid up front for my membership, but I will NOT renew if I can't send additional coupons to my account. I receive emails offering " $8 off $40 purchase", etc., but if I can't send the coupon to my account, what good is it? The printed coupons on the cash register receipts are usable, but the special offers for individual Care Pass customers are NOT!!!!

I've always love the service here but.was upset when the manager Pam was off the clock and I'm checking out she was going on about my 40% discount that was off 1 item and kept saying how she dosen't get any in her email like I made my email up. Then there was a lot more conversation and they way she was talking how she going to get rid of the crew bring in new people. I don't think she like white people and I have mix grandkids. I felt offended by her.

2nd day without any communication regarding my subscription that was given on 19th. I've attempted to call on multiple time to get an answer machine or voicemail. At times I wonder if anyone even works in the pharmacy? If only someone could let me know what I could expect. As a cancer patient, I am in dire need of this medication, and CVS doesn't seem to care.3rd day., I call the pharmacy around 4:00 pm and was hold for over 30 minutes. WTF, Zero status on my prescription. I guess my next visit will be in the emergency room. Thxs CVS.

I don't know what happened to this cvs. It used to be great with plenty of helpful people and quick and easy service. For the last 6 months every time I call I am on hold for at least 30 minutes now. The staff I do talk to are generally very unhelpful and sound stressed and overworked. I feel bad for the people who work there and don't blame them as this seems to be a management issue as they simply need to hire more people. Today was the last straw. I called to resolve a medication issue for my son and was on hold for 30 minutes and the system then booted me out without me ever talking to a single person. I then called the front desk of the cvs store to at least to talk to someone. He did not know how to transfer me to the pharmacy so he asked me to call the pharmacy again and he would go back and talk to them. I have now been on hold for another 40 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. I have been patient for 6 months but I think I am done now. We have been using this pharmacy for 9 years but we will now be transferring our medications to somewhere else. If you are considering using them... stay away!!!!
