They don’t like to work here. I tried to get a money order and the sales associate, Aliria (red hair) responded to her co-workers request with “why would you do that to me” the proceeded to pretend like the money order system was not working.

finally got my prescription on the third day of trying, day one they waited until i was in store to tell me that no location within 30 miles had it. day two, i called them like they told me to, went to voicemail and i never got a call back, today, day three they still didn’t have it so i got frustrated and the flamboyant guy with a mullet and a mustache cut me off, put his finger up, and said “pause”. excuse me? where are your customer service skills? you’re delivering life saving medication to people, not selling stuff at the mall. there is absolutely not excuse for the lack of communication or the disgusting behavior once i’m in the store trying to get something that’s required for my health. go anywhere but here!

As a frequent customer at CVS, I’ve interacted with many employees over the years, but none have ever left such a lasting impression as Fiona. From the very first time she rang me up at the register, I noticed something different about her. She carries herself with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness that it instantly changes the tone of the entire visit. There’s a level of care and attentiveness in the way she interacts with every single customer whether she’s greeting someone for the first time or recognizing a regular that makes you feel not just welcomed, but truly valued.
What’s remarkable about Fiona is that her exceptional service isn’t a one-time thing. It’s every time. Without fail. No matter how busy the store is, or how long the line might be, she remains calm, upbeat, and completely focused on delivering the best possible experience. I’ve watched her handle complicated transactions, confused or upset customers, and even technical issues at the register all with patience, grace, and a level of competence that speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism. She never shows signs of frustration or fatigue, even during peak hours or on difficult days. That kind of consistency and poise is incredibly rare and says so much about her character and work ethic.
One of the things I appreciate most is that Fiona doesn’t just do her job she adds something special to it. She goes beyond scanning items and giving change. She remembers people by name, asks how your day is going, and even makes small, thoughtful comments that show she’s paying attention. On more than one occasion, I’ve seen her help elderly customers navigate the store, assist parents trying to manage children while shopping, and take extra steps to ensure people understand how to use coupons or access loyalty rewards. She doesn’t rush people, but she also keeps the line moving efficiently striking a balance that very few can manage. I’ve personally walked in on stressful days, and left feeling a little better just from interacting with her.
Fiona has also handled moments that could have been frustrating or uncomfortable for a customer with absolute professionalism. For example, when a pricing error showed up on my receipt once, she didn’t hesitate she apologized sincerely, explained what happened, and corrected it immediately without making me feel like an inconvenience. That one moment showed me how much she values customer trust, and it’s part of what makes her so outstanding. I’ve been in many retail environments where the service feels rushed or impersonal but Fiona genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference.
It’s clear to me, and I’m sure to many other customers, that Fiona is the heart and soul of this CVS location. Her presence elevates the whole store atmosphere, and her dedication builds loyalty not just to her, but to the store itself. I’ve chosen this CVS over others simply because I know I’ll get that level of service when she’s working. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who takes so much pride in their role and does it so well and even rarer for that dedication to shine through to every customer, every time.
In my opinion, Fiona deserves recognition far beyond a thank you. Employees like her are rare and invaluable. She represents the very best of what customer service can and should be, and I can only hope CVS sees the incredible value she brings. If every store had a Fiona, shopping would be a joy everywhere. She is, without exaggeration, the best employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with, and I’m always grateful to see her behind the counter.

I want to take a moment to recognize one of the most outstanding employees I’ve ever encountered at any retail store—Fiona at this CVS location. Every time I visit this location, she stands out for her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuinely kind attitude. She’s the kind of employee who makes a real difference in the customer experience, and I truly believe she deserves recognition—and a raise—for the incredible work she does.
Fiona goes above and beyond in every interaction. Whether I’m asking for help finding a product, or just checking out, she’s always patient, knowledgeable, and quick to offer assistance. She remembers regular customers, treats everyone with respect, and brings a level of warmth and care that is rare to find. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely wants to make people’s day a little easier.
It’s clear that Fiona is a vital part of the CVS team. Her attention to detail, her upbeat energy, and her willingness to go the extra mile do not go unnoticed. She’s exactly the kind of employee any company should be proud to have representing them. CVS is lucky to have her, and I hope management sees the incredible value she brings. She absolutely deserves a raise and continued opportunities for advancement. People like Fiona are the reason customers keep coming back.

I recently visited a CVS store, and I have to say that Fiona is one of the best workers I've ever encountered. She genuinely cares about her job and goes above and beyond to assist customers. Her dedication and positive attitude make a significant difference in the shopping experience. I believe she deserves a promotion ASAP! While the store could improve in other aspects, Fiona is one of the few reasons I still find it manageable to shop there. Her exceptional service truly stands out!

Do not use this Minute Clinic unless you call to make sure the provider actually showed up for work that day. Multiple texts were sent that day confirming the appointment. After using public transportation with 2 bus changes, made it on time to an evening appointment to be told no one showed up for work that day for the clinic. I understand people get sick and do not show up, but CVS/Minute Clinic sent MULTIPLE texts that day about the appointment. Why not send one saying APPOINTMENT CANCELED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES? After the time of the appointment, another text showed up saying you missed your appointment. RIDICULOUS! So, call ahead to see if someone is actually at their job.

I stop in close to closing time and stand in line and watch the young man behind the counter go back and fourth with another customer. I get to the counter and he tell me it’s 7:59 I can’t do your prescription as if he hadn’t seen me standing there . I explain that I live about 20-30 min away in the neighboring town. He says no it will take me 6min to put a label on it( I waited in line behind one customer more than 6min). Then another technician walks up, he says sorry in the morning walks away the other technician immediately rolls the shutters down on me and my daughter. I explained to her how that was so rude and she just answers with a snide remark.

Try to see if my prescription was available or what time they close. But nobody answers the phone. Ever since COVID-19, crazy People are scared to talk to people on the phone. You have to leave a voicemail and the customer has to sit there on their time for them to call back. A Or you could be like me.And waste 30 minutes of your time because nobody answers the phone and you don't know how much your prescriptions are.Because nobody won't answer the phone any more!

I thoroughly enjoyed my whole shopping experience, here at CVS. I had help from 3 different employees, & each one made sure I was well taken care of. I got great deals & lots of help getting all the rewards available to me. I’ll shop this store only from now on.

It has been several months since I've been to CVS but all of my past visits were good. They always had what I was looking for and the people are the best.

Place looks like a death trap, the column in the front of the building has cracks going up it. The carpeting can use a good cleaning. Prices are high too

What is the point of it being 24 hours if it is closed at 2 am when you need it ??
