Rude and not very competent. I had a prescription for a glucose monitor for diabetes. It took them over 6 weeks to tell me they were not filling it because Medicare denied funding. They did not contact my doctor. When I said I would pay out of pocket, they said they had trouble getting it from the manufacturer. I asked for a timeline and the pharmacist could not give it to me. So I checked on Amazon and Amazon can deliver in 2 days and at a cheaper price. The pharmacist was rude and defensive. His employees are obviously overworked. This is not the first time I've had a prescription sent in that never got filled. No communications whatsoever.

One thing I wanted to add at the beginning was.You will always have to leave a message and get called back with this pharmacy.
I usually don't like to put horribly.Bad reviews unless it's continuous issue. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get prescriptions filled at this facility. The prescriptions were sent by the Doctor and 3 separate prescriptions which can be filled.A couple days before my daughter runs out. The first prescription was while we were at the Doctor's office in January.So we did have to wait a couple hours Which is understandable. The February I called the prescription should be able to be filled on the 23rd at the latest. They said the 21st to call back. I did a new person said the 22nd I called back the 22nd. They said they filled the prescription and we're getting it. Ready called back on the 23rd before I went. And they had never even ordered the medicine. And now the Doctor's office is saying they sent all 3 scripts. This facility is saying they only received 2 of them.
So now I'm in a back-and-forth. Additionally, they said they don't accept my insurance. And the insurance company is saying that they do and the other. CV s on Archer road says they take it.
So I really don't advise anyone use this pharmacy.

The pharmacy has really gone down hill. Everytime I refill my prescription there is always a problem. You can never get a hold of the pharmacy to speak with an actual person we are going on about day 2 without my medication and haven’t been able to speak to anyone out get even an update when I put my refill request in already but when I call it says there are no active prescriptions. I don’t like to be the person to leave a bad review but they need to make it easier to contact them through the phone.

CVS Pharmacy seems to change their prescription filling policies every month. I went from getting a text each month to having to call the pharmacy if I need my prescriptions filled each time. This of course is told to me after my medication is past the fill date. So now, don't call too early (we can't fill it yet wait one more day) then when you call on time (we are sorry we are out of stock and it will be 4 days till it's back in) then (we are sorry can you come back in four hours it's not ready yet). This has happened on more than one occasion. Each time we go in I pray for patience.

I have never once in my life had a worse time with a pharmacy trying to just get my medications. I am not the type to complain usually but this is medicine... I can't comprehend the level of service. Don't fill your scripts here.I've been going to CVS all my life, and I'm never going to use them again. ✌️

The store staff are great. The pharmacy has declined in service. Between the two, they rate an average of 3/5. I am not a fan of the new system where customers must leave a voicemail and then receive a return call. I called and left two messages and no one called me back. I called the Publix pharmacy across the street and a nice staff member answered. When I call, I need an answer. I am transferring my prescriptions to Publix. This CVS pharmacy used to be great, but not like before.

I came in for a HDMI cord and came out with so much more. Even though they didn’t have the cord I originally came in for, but I was able to find other items I was interested in. They also have a great Holiday Display for gifts needed or just for yourself. I love this location because it’s always in and out in a flash and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Come and see this Holiday Season for your last minute gifts or food, wine and sodas!

Hire more pharmacist staff. The people you have are good but you need enough so 5 people are not standing in line and the drive through is closed because of understaffing. It's great to need to go inside when you sick. Happy I switched insurance and will be able to use Publix in Jan.

Dr Rock disapproves cvs ??Terrible customer service. Went there to pick up rxs after being notified by text that they were ready.Went inside. I was the only customer in line. Waited. Waited some more. Waited exactly 5min while the staff pretended i was invisible. Pharmacist on duty useless.She wasnt busy. Not on the phone. Not giving injections. Not managing the staff.We transferred our scripts to Publix.
