CVS Pharmacy seems to change their prescription filling policies every month. I went from getting a text each month to having to call the pharmacy if I need my prescriptions filled each time. This of course is told to me after my medication is past the fill date. So now, don't call too early (we can't fill it yet wait one more day) then when you call on time (we are sorry we are out of stock and it will be 4 days till it's back in) then (we are sorry can you come back in four hours it's not ready yet). This has happened on more than one occasion. Each time we go in I pray for patience.

I have never once in my life had a worse time with a pharmacy trying to just get my medications. I am not the type to complain usually but this is medicine... I can't comprehend the level of service. Don't fill your scripts here.I've been going to CVS all my life, and I'm never going to use them again. ✌️

The store staff are great. The pharmacy has declined in service. Between the two, they rate an average of 3/5. I am not a fan of the new system where customers must leave a voicemail and then receive a return call. I called and left two messages and no one called me back. I called the Publix pharmacy across the street and a nice staff member answered. When I call, I need an answer. I am transferring my prescriptions to Publix. This CVS pharmacy used to be great, but not like before.

I came in for a HDMI cord and came out with so much more. Even though they didn’t have the cord I originally came in for, but I was able to find other items I was interested in. They also have a great Holiday Display for gifts needed or just for yourself. I love this location because it’s always in and out in a flash and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Come and see this Holiday Season for your last minute gifts or food, wine and sodas!

Hire more pharmacist staff. The people you have are good but you need enough so 5 people are not standing in line and the drive through is closed because of understaffing. It's great to need to go inside when you sick. Happy I switched insurance and will be able to use Publix in Jan.

Dr Rock disapproves cvs ??Terrible customer service. Went there to pick up rxs after being notified by text that they were ready.Went inside. I was the only customer in line. Waited. Waited some more. Waited exactly 5min while the staff pretended i was invisible. Pharmacist on duty useless.She wasnt busy. Not on the phone. Not giving injections. Not managing the staff.We transferred our scripts to Publix.

Tried calling to ask about a medication. Never got further than the hold after the phone tree. Fist call hung up on me after 3min. Second call hung up on me after 17min 22sec.The other 1-star reviews don't surprise me.

Worse customer service ever at 53rd Street CVS. I've been trying to call for the last 15 minutes and been put on hold. They have messaged me someone else's prescription to pick up. The message has the customer's name and the address. Trying to call him to let them know but no one will answer the phone. This automated system is does not work and they should have a live person to answer the phone, especially at the pharmacy. Sending phone messages to incorrect people, especially to pick up someone else's prescription is not good.

Just like ALL CVS Pharmacies, this one is horrible too! You can't get through to them when you call, but they love to call you to push you to fill more than 1 month prescriptions. Yet if you have a question on a script no one answers the phone. Wish my provider included Walgreens.

I used to use them but last week was the last straw. Terrible service at the drive through window, with the clerk being very curt, rushed, and unhelpful. Bbye!

Hung up on over and over calling 15 minutes before lunch break. Now on hold on auto answer for 20 minutes after lunch break. Getting in the car to go in person now.

Consistently rude, both in person and on the phone. The pharmacy employees are curt, brusque, impatient - you name it. Special acknowledgment to the male pharmacist with the eyeglasses and longish hair. He should not work in a public facing role due to his awful attitude.

Worst experience I've had with a pharmacist ever. She deliberately made us wait six hours to get pain medication after a surgery all the while she was filling prescriptions for other people I will never go to this Pharmacy again!

The employees at the prescription counter were talking badly about customer. One employee with dark hair was commenting on her experiences with customer by imitating them and degrading them. She was so rude with her opinions. I felt so sad for the people that need your services. They seem not to like people asking questions about medications. This is a very scary situation.
