I just have to say, this CVS location stands out from every other one in Gainesville, and it's all because of the incredible employees—Terri and Neeci (hopefully I spelled that right!). No matter what they’re doing, they always stop to greet you with a warm welcome and make sure you’re taken care of. Their customer service is unmatched—they truly go above and beyond to help.
I’ve been to all the CVS stores in Gainesville, and this one is hands-down the best. At other locations, especially the one on 23rd Avenue, I never even get a hello. But here, I always leave feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Terri and Neeci are the reason I keep coming back. CVS is lucky to have them!

Employee Teree on 75th street in Gainesville, FL , is awesome and so helpful she knew exactly where everything was and she have such a happy spirit .. will definitely visit again just to see her :)

Someone stole my lunchbox while I was shopping here. It was such a brief time and the associate just kind of looked around and shared the sentiment that that sucks. I guess they don’t have cameras and any sort of procedure for these types of occurrences so I just won’t stop by next time I’m waiting for my ride.

Related to the pharmacy. Looks like they have new techs and maybe a floater pharmacist. I was picking up my meds and my savings coupon expired or whatnot so I went ahead and downloaded a new one for them, stepped aside to let other patients pick up while they reprocessed everything, and after they did they said I had to wait 30 mins. As a former cvs technician I would never have let someone wait that long after they did all the work themselves. They were also taking prescriptions over speaker phone which I couldn't clearly hear which is a HIPPAA violation! Please be more mindful of other patients and pick up the phone or get a headset.
I'm pretty disappointed as a fellow pharmacy technician. CVS needs to be better.

The pharmacist is rude and thinks she is "god". My physician increased my dose for one of my meds and sent in new Rx for this. The pharmacist refused to fill the new Rx because she said it was the same drug and she would not fill this until the original Rx was available for refill. However, at the higher dose, my meds would run out before the original Rx refill date, putting me at risk with my medical condition. My doctor's nurse called to explain the new dose and pharmacist still refused to refill. She said we could go to another pharmacy and she actually hung up on me when I was talking to her in the drive through. Completely unprofessional.

I recently visited this location 2 times in a week and I experience being watched as I check out at the self check out. Yes, I African American and I have great career. I have absolutely no reason to shoplift because I can afford every single item in that store. The tall gentlemen with the no hair followed me around the store then as I check out he stood between the front and the fingernails polish front row. A few days late a young lady stood in that same area when I was checking out! This is Fair Housing and very rude and stereotypical behavior. I don't recommend this store at all!
