These guys are amazing! I accidentally baked them, thinking they did alignments.. they do not. But they recommended the Alignment Guy shop behind theirs... that man helped me right away even though he had other cars ahead of me. I am from out of town and my son would not let me go home until my car was fixed, so he had my car on the lift in about 10 min.! He aligned it quickly then sent me back to Dale's Tire where they immediately rotated my tires in about a minute flat!! These 2 places really helped me that day to get on the road down south again. Very cordial, cheap, and super fast service ? from both shops. Thank you so much for everything!! We never get service like that in Palm Beach County...

On April 1, 2023 while traveling on I-75 heading home to Kentucky our rear-inside tire blew out on the RV and in the process destroyed the compartment located to its rear which housed the electrical system. Dale's Tire had the appropriate tire needed and were quick to arrive once all details were given by my RV coverage representative. The gentleman changed the tire in fast order, but we were still unable to travel due to the destruction of the electrical compartment. He searched through his supplies on his service truck to find something that would securely hold the compartment up and after having no luck asked if we had any zip-ties, which we did. They were not very long, but he was able to tie several together to make them long enough to brace the compartment up and get us on down the road. This temporary fix made it possible for us to get off the interstate and locate more appropriate strapping to get home. I hate that I did not get the young man's name, but hopefully his boss will see this post and be able to figure out who it was. He was very polite and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Recommended to Dale by Tire Outlet to solve my leaky bolt-on valve stems on my Sprinter-chassis motorhome that have plagued me while traveling across the US. Great can-do attitude. Dale is obviously very experienced & seems to get involved in much of the work that his staff performs, supervising & training as the work proceeds. No real trips yet, but pressures on the 2 tires have remained unchanged for about 1 week now (that's Real progress!). Worked me in quickly, fair pricing. Definitely going back. They do tire work on small to big vehicles, including new tires.

I had a nail in my tire this morning. I looked up goodyear and they wanted $100 to simply take the nail out and patch it. I called up Dale's tires and they told me to come to them. Ten minutes and $15 later, the nail was out, air was put in, the tire was patched and I was on my way. I've had a few minor problems with my car, and usually when repair shops see a college aged girl they try to take advantage of the situation. Dale didn't. I'd recommend his shop to anyone and will definitely go back myself if I have any other issues.

Met a team member at a parking lot that spotted a flat tire on my car and offered to help. He patched the tire up in the parking lot and did an amazing job! 10/10 would go here for any other service!!!

Dale's the dude! I was looking for a tire place to service my 2019 Ford F-450 Continental tires (these are commercial grade tires that run 100psi). I saw the reviews on Yelp as well as some YouTube videos posted by happy patrons of Dale's so I decided to give them a try. I called and was told I didn't need an appointment for tire rotation so I headed that way. When I arrived, I was pleased to see quite a few technicians scurrying around in various states of work. There was also a jovial man on a forklift moving tires. He greeted me with a huge smile and asked how he could help me. I told him what I needed and he said they could get right on it. I asked his name .... it was Dale himself! Two technicians worked on my truck while Dale made sure I had a comfortable place to wait. He directed me to a back waiting area...but I elected to wait outside so I could watch the work. The place was clean and orderly and everyone seemed pleasant and happy. I watched as Dale trained a new employee on how to mount a tire. He was "teaching"...asking the employee questions about what to do next and why rather than just doing it for him. Seemed like a great teacher and a great work environment. The guys finished up with my tire rotation and we discussed air pressure. Most tire places can't accommodate commercial tires with such high pressures and so I was happy to find Dale's. They also have an entire fleet of trucks that can make emergency calls out on the road. I have found MY tire guy!

We blew a right front tire on our RV. We were 15 mIles from our destination, had been lost and were in the middle of no where. We called the campsite and they recommended Dales Tires. Our insurance wanted us to have it towed. We called Dales and they brought all they needed and we were back on the road and was able to get hooked up in our site before dark. The bill was very reasonable and for two senior citizens at their wits end the tech was a God send. Took about an hour from the time we called to the time we were underway. Thank you Dales Tires for outstanding service. God bless.

Have you ever seen an angel? Well call Dale's Tire Service, and they will send an angel. Hey I am not kidding. My wife and I are retired and adventurous. But we are both somewhat disabled. I am 74 and walk with a walker. She is 63 and walks with a bad knee replacement. We were driving our 1997 Chevy G30 1500 Full sized Van pulling a utility trailer to get camping equipment at a big sale near North Gainesville. Suddenly the van shudders, and we limp into the Ward's parking lot on NW 6th Avenue and 23rd Street. We called AAA and they tell us that they cannot pull the van with a trailer attached. So we called Dale's asking to fix the blow out at the site. Out comes Dale, and his two sons. They put a new tire onto the rim right there, but they find the front brake assembly has locked, and the heat from this melted the air stem causing the tire to blow. We need to get towed. They would pull our trailer to their facility and wait until the AAA can pull the van to their facility. That took 4 hours because we needed a flatbed to transport the van, due to the locked brake pads.We took a taxi home that Friday night and they fixed everything by Tuesday morning. When we arrived the bill was incredibly reasonable for the service, a new tire, a front end brake job, including a new rotor. The trailer was missing a locking pin, and the miracle was that the trailer didn't pull loose. The owner replaced it without a word. This whole episode was something out of a novel. But we lived it, thanks to Dale and his crew.
