I had a very negative experience today with my stylist. I had arrived early to my bridal appointment to look at dresses for my bridesmaids and Mom/MIL to pass time. Once they found out why I was there they were trying to rush me to pick out dresses (early) even though I said multiple times I wanted to wait for my entire party to get there. Yes, people in my party were 15 mins late (it was horrendous rainy weather). But until right then- I was never informed my appointment was for only an hour and that there was a dress limit of 4-5 dresses. I felt very rushed and it wasn't until I said that out loud that my stylist stated "don't feel rushed". Despite saying countless times I wanted a dress that I could wear a bra with; almost every style brought back to try on was sleeveless, low back, etc. I was also in a corner with only a mirror hanging on a door and was zipping myself in and out of dresses with my group clipping the dresses for me most of the time. I have been to other bridal appointments and this was not what I was expecting at all. I left in tears, feeling very unhappy and overwhelmed. I definitely will not be coming back. I'm sure some stylists are fantastic, but I got unlucky. I would've appreciated the honesty of "we don't have anything like that within your budget" rather than giving more dresses to quickly try on.

Service was fantastic, my assigned sales woman was very attentive and helped with every dress. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because they only schedule a one hour appointment which in my mind is not long enough for a potential bride to pick out address thankfully, this is a vow renewal for me so the pressure was not as bad

When I was trying on wedding dresses one of the associates wanted one of the dresses I had in my room, she walked in after knocking and asked if the dress was a pick off mine I responded yes. She then took it while I was undressed then said she would bring it back which she never did.That was unprofessional and I will not be back.
I also had an appointment they didn’t have my name right and me and my girls had to wait. It was overcrowded. There was a roach in one of the dressing room! Disappointing for my special day!

I took my dress to David’s for alterations because I didn’t trust anyone else. It’s a $1000 dress I got it on sale. It wasn’t even, the right side is shorter than the left, the duster is shorter than the dress, it’s supposed to be longer to cover the dress. I am not happy at all I took my dress to save I will try to fix it myself.

It's fine, the people are nice enough but service doesn't wow. They have a decent selection but not alot especially if you are bigger. I would say it is better for bridesmaids dresses instead of a wedding dress. Doesn't feel very personal.

The fitting & purchasing part went pretty well for my daughter's wedding dress, as for the alterations it was terrible. We left the dress 3 different times and things were either not completed or done wrong. To many hands in the alternations department & their communication was awful. I left the dress on Monday to be presses & ask to pick up on Friday by noon day before the wedding.. I got there to pick it up and it had not been touched. The lady told me she didn't know what happened. Poor service for sure.

This rating is based off what my Maid of Honors had to go through. We ordered the dresses in July and made an appointment for alterations today (August 31st). Once we got there, we did the alterations to my wedding dress and then they were told their dresses will not be delivered until September 13th. No one called and told they that there was a delay for them. We were there for an hour and none of the staff told us. I think this is poor customer service. I would not recommend alterations with them after this inconvenience.

Kendall wasn’t very helpful. My own sister had to dress me, clip me up, and undress me during this appointment. We asked Kendall for additional dresses and showed her my hearted list (she didn’t bring any back). We asked for sleeves and it took her 3 trips and reminding before she brought back the top accessories.

Dixie was so delightful and the biggest help. She was very comforting when I started to get overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend her and David’s Bridal to other brides.
