There is a disconnect between what the website says and what's at the store. No fun to drive a half an hour for something that's in stock to get to the store and them tell you it's not. The clerk said somebody must have just bought it. I checked the website in the parking lot and then I showed him where it says it's in stock. He didn't have much to say after that. So I suggest if you want any footwear ,or any item (now that I think about it) from this place, call and verify and have them hold it for you. Perhaps you're better off going somewhere else. Customer service is 👎🏼

This location is pretty up-to-standard and I don't have many complaints. The bathroom was a little hard to find but it was generally clean and everything worked okay. There's a good selection on almost everything sports-related and the layout is pretty nice.

Descent selection of girl’s basketball shoes. They have shoes for every sport! The store is clean and well organized. Employees were great. I like how their name tags tells you what sport they’ve passionate about. Adrianna (at checkout) and my daughter bonded over basketball and my daughter just loved it when we were leaving and Adrianna wished her a great season 🏀!

I get so tired of going to a store and to watch associates socialize. So needless to say I left Dick's in Gainesville Florida today with no shoes. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to try on shoes if everything is locked away and it's a bother for the store associates to help you. I felt prejudged just like I did a couple of weeks ago at REI. All I want is a new pair work shoes. Guess it's back to online which is such a hassle if you don't get it right on the 1st purchase.

Went in looking for a theraband (said 2 in stock), couldn’t find, asked two people for help who said they would go find someone to help and they never returned. Waste of time might as well get what you need on Amazon

Really disgusting bathroom. My winter old had to use the bathroom and I was forced to use it. I’ve seen gas stations that have cleaner bathrooms. Do better!
