Went in and purchased a couple of shorts, when I was looking for a changing room afterwards some aggressive short tempered older lady with red hair started screaming and yelling at me because I was somewhat near the locked door leading to their stockroom. This door wasn’t like hidden behind a hallway, I just looked at it and walked away and she flipped a lid at me and then called her manager. Her manager came up to me and said she’s old and mean but it’s my fault that she flipped out and I shouldn’t “mess” with her.

It is a department store. Not many employees on the floor to help. Products are very expensive . Especially at the makeup counter.

Customer service here is horrendous, I would rather shop just about anywhere else but here. I shop plenty of places all around the United States and can truly I would rather burn my money outside your building than give to this poorly run store.
Most Dillards locations are great but this location is awful.

I put of dress shopping for a wedding until last minute and just as I was becoming discouraged, Hayet came to my rescue. She was so patient and sweet. I was able to tell her my styles, and she was able to go around the store and pull together multiple dresses for me to try on. She even took it a step further and went upstairs to grab me different heels to match with the dresses.
