I was skeptical at first, before dealing with them, but quickly felt the good energy the family run business emanated and the knowledge they shared after running their business for Nine years! In Gainesville, same location.
They never tried to upsell me and stood by the product (washer) they sold me. I’ve had it installed for some time now and it has been running like a charm. And if there were any issues I have no doubt they would handle it and make it right. These are good people and good business. They will do u right…unless your a douchebag.

Love this low overhead, no frills family-owned business. I walked in, bought a washer dryer from friendly knowledgeable folks who made it easy to get my laundry machines delivered and installed without worry. They thought of all the little parts needed to get me up and running quickly, and this Kenmore pair are working great!

Bought a refrigerator from this store. The ice maker was bad. He came to fix it. He said he received the wrong part and he never came back after repeated phone calls and kept my $ 500.00 I paid for the broken fridge. Very dishonest sales ! I sued the right store in this exact location with the same name and they lost in court but never paid the judgment against them. This is the correct store and they denied they know my name but small claims records in Gainesville County Courthouse will tell the truth !

We got a washing machine from here and it broke In less than a month , they don't service our area. To get it fixed.what good is a warranty if they won't come out to fix it.

Purchased a 900 fridge and installed it and the ice maker doesn't work. That's not covered on 30 day warranty! Shame on them to sell a broken appliance! How convenient it's not covered! Should have looked at the reviews, every fridge you sold have non working ice makers. And you offered to fix some? I sure didn't get that offer.

Drove an hour to get to this place . they were closed and it was only 2pm. The tinniest of stores I did not see much of anything from looking in the Windows. Dirty dark and dismal. Not happy at all.
